Paddy Pallin Social Media Competition TERMS & CONDITIONS
Paddy Pallin regularly run small competitions on www.paddypallin.com.au and the Paddy Pallin Facebook page, however please note that all competitions fall under the following terms and conditions.
1. Any entry to a competition run via www.paddypallin.com.au or the Paddy Pallin Facebook page is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. All competitions run by www.paddypallin.com.au and the Paddy Pallin Facebook pages are the responsibility of Paddy Pallin and Facebook is in no way accountable for any element of the competition
3. Competitions are only open to individuals who: (a) are residents of Australia; (b) are aged18 years or older, (c) are not employees of Paddy Pallin, or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with this competition; (d) are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee; and (e) have not been discovered to have breached these Terms and Conditions
4. Each entrant acknowledges that Paddy Pallin can rely on these Terms and Conditions even if Paddy Pallin only learns of an entrant’s ineligibility to enter after the prize has been awarded to the ineligible entrant
5. Entry is limited to one per person. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entrie swill be deemed invalid.
6. Paddy Pallin accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete, late,lost or misdirected entries including entries not received by Paddy Pallin, or delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical issues. Entrant details must be saved in the database system no later than the closing date of each competition.
7. The winner or winners will be determined on the merit of the entry and supporting portfolio found on the winners social media accounts and websites by a team of Paddy Pallin and Osprey Pack staff members.
8. The winner or winners will be notified via e-mail, and an announcement on Paddy Pallin's Facebook page and on the competition homepage. By entering this competition you give Paddy Pallin permission to use your full name on Facebook and on the competition homepage and the Paddy Pallin e-newsletter for winner announcements. The winner or winners will be listed in the first Paddy Pallin e-newsletter after the draw date. The winners ‘names will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by e-mail request.
9. Where a winner fails to provide their details to Paddy Pallin within 14-days the prizes will be subject to re-draw via the entry and supporting portfolio found on the winners social media accounts and websites by a team of Paddy Pallin and Osprey Pack staff members.
10. Paddy Pallin commits to organising the collection of the prize and/or posting the prize to the winner within two weeks of receiving the winner’s postal address.
11. Paddy Pallin’s decision is final and no correspondence or communication will be entered into in relation to the selection of the winners or any other aspect of this competition.
12. Value of prize is limited to description in competition post and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prizing.
13. Paddy Pallin reserves the right to use the entry content for the purpose of future promotions, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages. 14. Paddy Pallin reserves the right to remove the competition if for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention,fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Paddy Pallin, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the competition or reputation of this competition, Paddy Pallin reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, or to cancel,terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
15. Paddy Pallin reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms andConditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry process.

TIMING:
The campaign period is 01:59.59 AEST 20th of September till 23.59.59 AEDT 15th October, 2017.
TO ENTER:
In 100-200 words please tell us what Adventure would you choose to use the $1000 cash and $800 in Osprey products on and fill out the entry form to enter.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:
The Winner (One overall and 3 x Runner ups) will be chosen on merit from their answer to the question of "In 100-200 words please tell us what Adventure would you choose to use the $1000 cash and $800 in Osprey products on?" and supporting portfolio found on the winners social media accounts and websites by the 19th October, 2017 at Paddy Pallin. The winner will be notified by email by 5:00pm AEDT on 19th October, 2017 and announced on the Paddy Pallin Facebook and website on the 19th October, 2017.
REDRAW:
If the prize is not claimed by any of the initial winners by 2nd November, 2017 at 5:00pm AEDT, the unclaimed prizes will be redrawn. The unclaimed winners will be chosen on merit from their answer to the question of "In 100-200 words please tell us what Adventure would you choose to use the $1000 cash and $800 in Osprey products on?" on the 3rd November, 2017 at 3:00pm AEDT at Paddy Pallin. The winner will be notified by email by 5:00pm AEDT on 3rd November, 2017.
PRIZE:
1 major prize winner will receive $1000 cash, $800 in Osprey products of their choice from the Paddy Pallin range and mentoring from award winning photographer Lachlan Gardnier.
3 x Runner Up Prizes of a New Osprey Transporter Duffel of your choice (valued up to $249.95) to use on your next Adventure
The winner must complete their nominated adventure by 14th January 2018 and with the advice of Lachlan Gadiner & Paddy Pallin staff provide a blog article images and/or video for use by Paddy Pallin and Osprey Packs within 4 weeks of the completion of their Adventure. If this is not done Paddy Pallin and Osprey Packs have the right to request the return of the $1000 cash and $800 in Osprey products.
Prize is not transferable.
Cash component of the main prize will be deposited into the winners nominated Australian Bank account.
Prizes will be posted to the winners using Australia Post or Startrack at the discretion of Paddy Pallin. The will be winners contacted via email to get their postal address.
WINNERS LIST:
The winners consents to their name being made publicly available. The winners names will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request.

Paddy Pallin and Osprey Packs may reproduce the provided written content, images and/or video (or any part of it) in any media format, including but not limited to advertisements, postcards, brochures, posters, television/print media, website.
Paddy Pallin and Osprey Packs will credit the winner as the person who created the written content, images and/or video.
You will retain the copyright to any written content and/or video provided.
