The Contest begins at 12am CT on 11/12/17 and ends at 12 pm CT on 11/30/17 (the “Promotional Period”). When you properly complete and submit an entry form, you will receive one entry into a drawing for four (4) prizes consisting of a complementary seven (7) consecutive day stay for two adults in your own RV or tent at one of the Encore RV resorts in Arizona, Florida, or Texas (valued at $600 USD) and an Encore beach pack (valued at $15). The drawing will be held on or about December 5, 2017. The drawing will be held at our corporate office and the prize winners will be announced on the day of the drawing. You do not need to be present to win. The winners will be notified by email after the drawing. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries, but are not expected to exceed 4:5000.
Each winner is responsible for federal and state taxes on the prize. The contest is limited to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years or older. Due to legal restrictions, residents of AZ, FL, and NV are not eligible to participate in this promotion. In addition, employees of Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Limit one entry per person/email address. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason. For the name, city and state of the winners, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Except where prohibited by law, a potential winner must complete, sign and return to the Sponsor, within five business days, a Winner's Affidavit and Release in the form presented by the Sponsor. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Winner's Affidavit and Release within the required time period, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the potential winner will not receive any prize and an alternate winner will be chosen. Except where prohibited by law, the name and likenesses of each winner may be used by the Sponsor for promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner. By entering the contest, all entrants grant a non-exclusive license to the Sponsor and each of its affiliates to reproduce, publicly display, distribute, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now or hereafter known, for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising and promotion.
This advertising is being used for the purpose of soliciting sales of resort campground memberships. This document has been filed with the Department of Licensing, State of Washington, as required by Washington law. Value, quality, or conditions stated and performance on promises are the responsibility of the operator, not the Department. Restrictions: the complementary stays at Encore RV resorts in Arizona, California, Florida, or Texas are based on availability, reservations are required, and the stay must be completed by December 23, 2017. The stay must be one consecutive period of time and any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited. Holidays and special events are excluded. The following resorts are excluded from the promotion: San Francisco RV Resort, St. George RV Resort, and Desert Vista RV Resort.
