OFFICIAL RULES
1. NOPURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOURODDS OF WINNING. SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPALLAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. Eligibility. Subject to theadditional restrictions below, the KTVB Boise State Season Ticketssweepstakes
(the“Sweepstakes”) is open to Idaho and Oregon residents in the KTVB media area whoare 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of KTVB and KTVB.COM (“Sponsor”),TEGNA, Inc., , and each of their respective affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter or to win.
3. How To Enter. TheSweepstakes will begin at 9AM MDT on August2, 2015 and endat 4:50PM MDT on September3, 2015 (the“Sweepstakes Period”).
Internet Entry: Enter by visiting the KTVB Boise State Season Tickets officialregistration page on the KTVB.COM PrizeCenter website (https://www.newsidaho.com/prize-center ) and completing all of the requiredinformation and following all posted instructions. Complete the entry form andany other required fields and then submit your entry by clicking on the “SEND”button. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Facebook account.Your computer must accept cookies, or any successor or similar technology,which may be used for the purpose of entry tracking. Ad blocking software onyour computer needs to be disabled so that it doesn’t interfere with processingyour entry.
Maximum one (1) entry per person per day but only one (1) prize per person forthe entirety of the contest. By entering, you agree to theterms of these Official Rules and to receive e-mails from Sponsor or thosedirected by Sponsor. You can opt-out of the receipt of such e-mails byfollowing the directions on the Sweepstakes website or in any email receivedfrom Sponsor.
All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned.
4. Winner Selection. On orabout September 3, 2015 winners will be selected in arandom drawing from among all eligible entries received.
5. Prizes and Odds
One prize: Four season tickets to each Boise State home game for 2015. ARV$630.

6. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be notified on or about 9/3/2015 at the Facebook address oremail address provided on winner’s entry form. Winner must respond to theemail notification within 48 hours. Failure to respond withinsuch time period or return of email prize notification as undeliverable orfailure of winner to respond to the email notification may result indisqualification and an alternate winner may be selected from among allremaining eligible entries. To claim prize, each winner must personally visitSponsor’s offices at 5407 Fairview Ave, Boise, ID 83706within five(5) business days after notification (office visits must be between the hoursof 8 a.m. (MDT.) and 5 p.m. (MDT.) weekdays) and a valid photo identificationmay be required. Winners may waive their right to receiveprizes. Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable. Nosubstitutions allowed by winner. Prizes are not redeemable forcash. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject toavailability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal orgreater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paymentof any taxes on prizes. Winners may be required to complete an affidavitof eligibility/liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law)which must be returned as directed by Sponsor. Failure to sign and returnthe affidavit or release, or to comply with any term or condition of theseOfficial Rules, may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture ofhis or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitutewinner. Persons traveling as guest of the Grand Prize Winner must alsosign any affidavit or release that Sponsor may require. Except whereprohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner’s consent to thepublication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in anymedia for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation theInternet, or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by eligiblewinners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and willremain the property of Sponsor.
7. Participation. Byparticipating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and thedecisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify personsfound tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes assolely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromisedby a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyondthe reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration,security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves theright in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date,Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received beforethe termination date. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete,lost, late, postage-due, misdirected or illegible entries (either photos orballots), poor quality photos, or for failure to receive entries or votes orother electronic communications due to transmission failures or technicalfailures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of anynetwork, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. Theauthorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry willbe considered the entrant. An “authorized account holder” shall mean thenatural person assigned to such e-mail account by the Internet access provider,online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mailaddresses for the domain associated with such e-mail account. A potentialwinner may be requested to provide proof that he or she is the authorizedaccount holder of the e-mail address associated with a winning entry. Inthe event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have beensubmitted by the owner of the ISP account from which they were sent. Forthese purposes, an ISP account holder shall mean the natural person assigned tosuch ISP account by the Internet access provider, online service provider orother organization responsible for assigning ISP addresses for the domainassociated with such ISP account. Any questions regarding the number ofentries or votes submitted by the owner of an ISP account shall be determinedby Sponsor in its sole discretion.
8. Construction. The invalidity orunenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validityor enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any suchprovision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rulesshall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceableprovision was not contained therein.
9. Sponsor. The KTVB Boise State Season Tickets Sweepstakes issponsored by KTVB-TV. The decisions of Sponsor regarding theselection of winners and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be finaland binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible fortypographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules orin other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.
