Terms and Conditions of Entry


THE COMPETITION

1. "Ted's & TID Travel Comp" is a competition that runs from 02/11/2015 to 22/11/2015.

2. Information on how to enter the competition and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

THE PROMOTER

3. The Promoter is Ted’s Cameras and TID

4. Ted’s Cameras and TID reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any time and change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to any participant, if this is necessitated by unforeseen circumstances beyond Ted’s Cameras’ or Lindblad Expeditions' reasonable control

ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY

5. Any Australian professional or amateur photographer, regardless of age or gender may participate.

6. The competition is only open to residents of Australia.

7. Entries can only be submitted online

8. Entrants must provide the following personal details: full name, email address and a day time contact number or mobile phone number


9. A maximum of one (1) entries per entrant may be submitted. In the event that Ted’s Cameras determines that more than one (1) entries has been submitted by the same entrant, Ted’s Cameras shall have the right to disqualify those entrants with multiple entries


10. By submitting an entry, all entrants are deemed to have agreed to and shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions

NON-ELIGIBILITY

11. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter

12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights

13. Incomplete and indecipherable entries and any entry which has incorrectly entered personal information or contact details shall be deemed an invalid entry


WINNERS

14. Winning entry will be drawn within three (3) business days after the end date of the Competition.

15. The Prizes (as defined below) will be awarded to the top entrant as selected by random draw.

16. This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winners.

17. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter within four (4) business days after the end date of the Competition

18. The winner will be announced on the website www.teds.com.au within five (5) business days after the end date of the Competition.

PRIZES

19. The prize shall be: Panasonic TZ70, $500 Virgin Australia travel voucher, TID travel insurance, Lowepro case, 8gb memory card and a Gorillapod GP1 tripod

20. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is available
