Information on prizes and how to enter the Competition form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
Competition entries open on 19 September 2017 at 12.01 AM and entries close on 31 October 2017 at 11.59 PM AEST.
Prize winners will be contacted by the Promoter via phone and email within 48 hours of prize draw. If prizes are unclaimed by prize winners within five business days, then the prize will be subject to a redraw.
Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable to another name or another property and can't be redeemed for cash. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications that may occur from prize winnings.
Competition entry is open to Australian residents, over the age of 18 years; excluding employees and their immediate families of Hardie Grant Media and prize partners.
Prize includes 1x copy of Chefs Eat Toasties Too book, 1x Breville "The original" toastie maker and 1x one-year digital membership to Cooked.com.au.
Total prize value is $128.94 AUD. Prize values are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change.
If any provide becomes unavailable, the Promoter has the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
Delivery of book and toastie maker is to 1x Australian address and cannot be delivered to a PO Box number.
Competition entry is a game of skill and winning entries are selected based on the creativity of entries submitted, by a judging panel.
Prize is drawn on Monday 17 October at 10 AM at HGX, Building 1, 658 Church Street Richmond VIC 3121 Australia.
No correspondence will be entered into winner selection. The judges' decision is final and binding.
Prize winner's entry, name, suburb and photography may be used for marketing purposes and entrants agree to this use without compensation.
Prize redempetion is via email or phone directly with Cooked. Prize winners must provide delivery details and prize must be redeemed before 30 October 2017.
The Promoters is not liable for any loss or damage which is suffered in connection with the prize (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss)
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any technical issues that would case an entry not to be received by the Promoter and takes no responsibility for any error or omission of entries.

Entries become the property of the Promoter and the Promoter is the owner of all copyright and intellectual property of entry responses.
