Mother's Day 2018 Giveaway Contest Rules

Dates: The Tea Forté® Mother's Day 2018 Giveaway begins on Thursday, May 3, 2018 and ends on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 11:59 PM. For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Eastern Time (“ET”).

Entry: All entrants must provide their email address, zip code and accept terms and conditions for the promotion. Entrants may earn 1 additional entry by sharing the Giveaway with friends on Facebook, liking TeaForteFans or Exhale Spa on Facebook, following the TeaforteOfficial or Exhale Spa Instagram page, or get 3 additional entries when friends enter the sweepstakes after receiving a referral.

Shipping: Prizes will be shipped to the address specified by the winner, which must be within the United States of America. The winner of the contest will be contacted via email for their shipping address. Prize cannot be split into more than one shipment.

Prizes: One (1) winner will be randomly selected and contacted by Tea Forté on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 13th, 2018, after all entries have been submitted and the submission period has ended (Saturday, May 12, 2018). The winner will have 10 days from the date of contact to respond to Tea Forté via email or phone, or the prize will be forfeited. No purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway or win any prize. Chances of winning are not enhanced by making a purchase. All prizes are “As Is” and no prize substitutions are allowed except at sole discretion of the Sponsors. Prizes are not transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. One grand prize winner will receive:

Twenty (20) piece set of Tea Forté tea and accessories.
One (1) voucher for a 60-min Fusion Massage or True Facial at any Exhale Spa location
One (1) voucher for a fitness class at any Exhale Spa location (excludes Bridgehampton, CT & Turks & Caicos locations)
