2026 Apex Client Calendar Contest
Enter a photo of your truck for a chance to win a page in Apex’s 2026 calendar. 13 client trucks will be featured in the 2026 edition of the Apex Client Calendar… only one will make the cover!
Must be a current Apex Capital factoring client to enter/win. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT on June 8, 2025. Finalists will be notified by email on Thursday, July 17, 2025. All photos and stories submitted become the property of Apex Capital. No purchase necessary. There is no entry fee to participate.
Photograph Specifications and Permission to Use Entry Photography
Each photograph must be in digital format between 8 – 20 megapixels (minimum 2550 x 3300 pixels). No print or film submissions will be accepted for entry into this Contest. All photographs must be high resolution (300dpi – 600dpi) JPEG or .jpg. Photographs that fail to meet these specifications may be automatically disqualified.

Permission to Use Entry Photography: By entering the Contest, each contestant agrees that Sponsor and its licensees may publish his or her captioned photograph or video in the 2026 edition of the Apex Client Calendar and exhibit, copy, publish, make derivative works from or otherwise use his or her entry photograph, video, and other entry materials for any purpose, in any media, in perpetuity, without limitation or additional permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Each contestant also agrees that Sponsor may crop, resize, or otherwise alter the photograph to fit the media necessary to produce the calendar, at Sponsor’s discretion. These rights include exclusive first worldwide publication rights in and to all entries for the period up to publication of the 2026 Apex Client Calendar.

By participating in the contest, entrant warrants that he/she fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Winning a place in Apex’s 2026 calendar is contingent upon verification of eligibility and fulfillment of all requirements set forth herein in a timely manner.
The contest begins on 5/1/25 and ends on 7/7/25.
How to Enter:
Current Apex Capital factoring clients may enter a photo via the entry form or email apexcontests@apexcapitalcorp.com.
Winners will be determined by the Sponsors based on the quality of the photo as indicated by the photo guidelines and voting results.
Please allow approximately two (2) to four (4) days after final deadline for completion of the verification process.
Participation in the contest constitutes entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of entrant’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information and state of residence for promotional and trade purposes in any media worldwide without limitation, payment or consideration.
By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of its affiliates, whether specifically named or not in these Official Rules, their respective agents, and any of their respective directors, employees and officers (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any liability whatsoever, and waives any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damage of any kind, including without limitation, personal injury, death, or damage to, or destruction of, property arising out of or in connection with participation in the contest. The Released Parties are not responsible for any: (a) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the contest; (b) errors which may occur in the administration of the contest or the printing or processing of entries or award letters; or (c) any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or online/Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/Web site use, accessibility or availability, or traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention, other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network, or the incorrect or inaccurate transmission or capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information.
Except where prohibited, by participating, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the contest or any award shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Texas; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
