SPONSOR:  The Loose Tea Starter Gift Set Giveaway (“GIVEAWAY”) is sponsored by Tea Forté Inc. ("Sponsor"), 5 Mill & Main Place, Suite 05-211, Maynard, Massachusetts 01754. 

ELIGIBILITY.  This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of Sponsor, its related or subsidiary companies and companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each employee of the foregoing companies are not eligible.  Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. 

HOW TO ENTER.  The Loose Tea Starter Gift Set Giveaway runs 07/12/19 at 10:00 AM (EST) through 07/15/19 at 11:59 PM (PT).
There are two ways to enter:
Method #1: AT NO CHARGE, AND WITH NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO COMPETE, come to our website and enter your details at teaforte.com/about/loose-tea-starter-gift-set-giveaway
Method #2: AT NO CHARGE, AND WITH NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO COMPETE, you may enter the Sweepstakes by sending an email to digital@teaforte.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Each entry, whether received by email or through our website must include your full name, address, phone number and a valid, working email address. 

All methods of entry have the same chance of winning during the Giveaway Period.

LIMITS ON ENTRIES. Sponsor will accept only one entry per email address for the Giveaway Period. Incomplete, inaccurate and/or duplicate entries are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. 

PRIZE(S). The prize consists of:

• One African Solstice Loose Tea Canister (herbal tea)

• One Jasmine Green Loose Tea Canister (green tea)

• One White Ginger Pear Loose Tea Canister (white tea)

• One Bombay Chai Loose Tea Canister (black tea)

• All contained in a keepsake gift box

Shipping: Prizes will be shipped to the address specified by the winners which must be within the 50 states of the United States of America. The winner of the contest will be contacted via email for the shipping address. 

Prizes: One (1) winner will be randomly selected by Tea Forté after all entries have been submitted and the submission period has ended (Tuesday, January 15th, 2019). No purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway or win the prize. Chances of winning are not enhanced by making a purchase. All prizes are “As Is” and no prize substitutions are allowed except at sole discretion of the Sponsors. Prizes are not transferable. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute Prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.

• By entering The Tea Forté® Matcha Giveaway you are also entered to receive emails from Tea Forté. Your personal information will not be shared with any partners. 

• Employees, directors, officers, agents and consultants of Tea Forté, their advertising and promotion agencies involved with this promotion, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and their immediate families and persons living in their households are not eligible to enter the Giveaway. The Giveaway shall be staged in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and are void to the extent they are not in compliance. 

• By entering, participants release Sponsors and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, contractors, employees and agents from any responsibility and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, death or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Giveaway or in connection with acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize provided pursuant to the Giveaway page.
