Information on how to enter and prizes are part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.

Eligibility: Entry is open to SPAR, SPAR Express, and SUPERSPAR customers who are residents of Australia and over 18 years of age. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, employees of centre management offices, participating retailers, advertising agencies, or production companies are not eligible to enter.

Promotion Period: The Promotion commences on Monday, 2nd December 2024, and closes on Sunday, 15th December 2024 (“Promotion Period”).

How to Enter: To enter, entrants must submit their first and last name, email address, and store name into the online advent calendar form and consent to the collection of personal information by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored in the Promoter’s database and may be used for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including electronic contact. Personal information collected from participants will not be disclosed to any entity located outside of Australia.

Entry Limit: Entry is limited to once per participant per day.

Entry Validation: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Prizes: Includes 21 prizes. A year's supply of Tim Tams is equivalent to 52 packs.

Prize Draws: Valid entries received will go into a prize draw to win these prizes.

Prize Draw Dates: The prize draws will be conducted at SPAR Head Office (30 Fox Rd, Acacia Ridge, QLD, 4110) at 2 PM on the next business day. There will be one Daily Prize Draw conducted for each day of the Promotional Period, for a total of 14 draws. The final Prize Draw will be conducted on 16th December 2024.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email or telephone to provide proof of subscription, and once verified, winners will be officially notified in writing. Winners’ names and the stores in which they entered the competition will be published on SPAR Australia's social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

Prize Conditions: Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless otherwise stipulated.

Prize Values: Prize values are correct at the time of printing, but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prize items.

Liability: The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury sustained during the acceptance or use of the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy: Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed by contacting the Promoter at (07) 3715 3138.

Decision Finality: The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Unclaimed Prizes: The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original draws to distribute any prize(s) unclaimed by that date. The first valid entry drawn will win the daily prize, and the draw will continue until all unclaimed prizes have been distributed. Any winner of an unclaimed prize will be notified by mail or telephone to provide proof of purchase, and when verified, the winner will be officially notified in writing. Winners’ names and the stores in which they entered the competition will be published on SPAR Australia's social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

Prize Distribution: The prizes will be distributed to the stores in which the winners entered the competition for the prize winners to collect, unless alternative arrangements are made.
