This promotion (Win a ROG Phone) (“Promotion”) is hosted by ASUSTek Computer Inc. (“ASUS”).

1.         Detailed information with respect to how to play and win prizes in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of this Promotion Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.  ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS.  Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.

2.         The Promotion commences on  (06-12-18) and terminates on (20-12-18) ("Promotion Period") and hosts within (Sweden) (“Promotion Territory”).

3.         Employees of ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the Promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Promotion.

4.         People who live in Promotion Territory and would like to participate in this Promotion during the Promotion Period acknowledge as follows:

A.         Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be at least 18 years old and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in.

B.     In order to win the competition you have to complete the form concerning the questions marked as obligatory.

C.    We reserve the right to determine which contribution that qualifies for the campaign. A jury of ASUS marketing department will determine this and ASUS decision is final.

D.        Provided you give ASUS your comments and your personal information , i.e. name, shipping address and date of birth (“Personal Information”), you will be eligible (“Eligible Entrants”) for this Promotion. Regardless of how many times you give ASUS your comments and your personal information would only be counted one Entrant.

E.         The Prize winners will be randomly selected and be subsequently informed within one (1) week after the end of the Promotion Period (“Drawing Date”) by e-mail.

F.         Prize winners shall inform ASUS of their contact information within seventy-two (72) hours after the Drawing Date. Any failure of a Prize winner to make the contact information available to ASUS will be deemed a waiver of the right for the Prize awarded, and ASUS, in its sole discretion, has the right to conduct a redraw to decide a substitute.

G.        The Prize will be delivered to your indicated address within two (2) months after the Drawing Date. The delivery date may be changed without prior notices.
