When you properly complete and submit an entry form on any day between December 11, 2017 and December 22, 2017, you will receive one entry into the drawing for that day. There will be one drawing each day for twelve days and you must enter each drawing separately on the day of the drawing. One of the following 12 prizes will be given away each day, which will be announced on the day of the drawing: (i) $565 off your next dues billing cycle if you are currently a member or a Thousand Trails Camping Pass if you are not currently a member (a $565 value); (ii) Triton Propane Stove (a $79.99 value); (iii) Thousand Trails Camping Pack (a $25 value); (iv) Coleman Lantern (a $39.99 value); (v) 2 nights of camping on a standard RV site at a participating resort (a $120 value); (vi) $100 Gas Card; (vii) Strongback Elite Chair (a $99.95 value); (viii) 2 nights of camping in a rental unit at a participating resort (a $200 value); (ix) Instant Dome 7 Tent (a $200 value); (x) 7 nights of camping at a participating resort (a $360 value). You do not need to present to win. The winners will be notified by email after the drawing. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. The odds of winning each day will depend on the number of entries, but are not expected to exceed 1:3500. Each winner is responsible for federal and state taxes on the prize. The drawing is limited to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Due to legal restrictions, residents of AZ, FL, and NV are not eligible to participate in this promotion. In addition, employees of Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Limit one entry per person/email address per day. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason.
Except where prohibited by law, a potential winner must complete, sign and return to the Sponsor, within two business days, a Winner's Affidavit and Release in the form presented by the Sponsor. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Winner's Affidavit and Release within the required time period, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the potential winner will not receive any prize and an alternate winner will be chosen. Except where prohibited by law, the name and likenesses of each winner may be used by the Sponsor for promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.
The days of free camping are based on availability, reservations are required, and the trip must be completed by December 23, 201[8]. Holidays and special events are excluded. The following resorts are excluded from the promotion: San Francisco RV Resort, St. George RV Resort, Desert Vista RV Resort, Indian Lakes RV Resort, Little Diamond RV Resort and Grandy Creek RV Resort.
