Simba Sleep and Save The Student promotion terms:
- This joint Promotion, the Simba Sleep and Save The Student Promotion, is subject to these Simba Sleep Save The Student Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Simba and Save The Student Promotion Terms”), promoted jointly by Simba Sleep Limited, UK company 9703422 (Simba) in conjunction with Save The Student.
- These Simba and Save The Student Promotion Terms are subject to the overarching terms and definitions set out in of Simba's general Terms set out a www.simbasleep.com/pages/terms/ (Simba General Terms) updated 28 August 2024. These Simba and Save The Student Promotion Terms import terms defined and capitalised in the Simba General Terms. Any discount and/or promotion offered under these terms is captured within the meaning of clause 4 of the Simba General Terms. The Simba and Save The Student Promotion is a Third Party Offer within the meaning of the Simba General Terms. Save The Student is designated by Simba to conduct due diligence to verify your status as a member of a Consumer Group or Consumer Groups to allow you to access Collective Discounts within the meaning of the Simba General Terms.
- The Simba Sleep and Save The Student Promotion is available to parties verified by Save The Student as members of a Consumer Group who remain a member of a Consumer Group at the time of redemption (each an "Eligible Person"). You must note and comply with the specific conditions of the Simba General Terms which are applicable to accessing Collective Discounts as a member of a Consumer Group.
- Eligible Persons must use the unique discount code provided by Save The Student strictly in accordance with these Simba and Save The Student Promotion Terms, the Simba General Terms, and any operating promotional terms which may be applicable on the Website as of the date of use.
- The Promotion provides a discount reduction off the price of selected Products via redeeming a code provided to Eligible Persons via the Save The Student platform (a “Discount Code”) when an Eligible Person purchases selected Products via the shopping cart checkout on the Website subject to certain conditions. The discount applicable to all Products not subject to an exclusion is 20% off the full, non-promotional price, subject to additional exclusions in clause 6. The discount may be redeemed during a general eligibility promotion on the Website, subject to the operating promotional terms applicable on the Website as of the date of use.
- The following Products or combinations of Products are excluded from this Simba and Save The Student Promotion; Any Product or combination of Products when bought as part of a “Bundle”, all Products offered on a clearance basis, all refurbished Products, any other Product, goods, fees, or services listed in the general Terms which are excluded from promotional offering calculations or discounting.
- No Discount Code may be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer, or discount on the Website, unless a specific clause referencing Simba Sleep and Save The Student Promotion as a Third Party Offer is included in the promotional terms and conditions on the Website, and subject to the rules applicable to Third Party Offers as therein set out.
- Any Discount Code cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- Eligible Persons may only redeem one Discount Code per Eligible Person.
- Simba reserves the right to vary, cancel, or discontinue the Simba Sleep and Save The Student Promotion or decline to honour, vary, or cancel any Discount Code available under the Simba Sleep and Save The Student Promotion at any time.
- If you are unable to locate or operate the Discount Code, please contact Save The Student. If you are unable to redeem the Discount Code you have obtained from Save The Student, please contact Simba.
- These terms took effect and superseded all prior promotional terms offered by Save The Student in respect of Simba, and all promotional offers’ terms, including discount levels, on 29 August 2024.
