Due to prize shipment limitations, this contest is open only to legal residents of the continental
United States, where not prohibited by law, who are 18 years of age or older. It is required that
entrants have Internet access and a valid email address prior to the beginning of the contest
period. The sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

This contest begins at 4:00 p.m. CST December 5, 2017 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST January 4, 2018.
All entries must be received on or before the time stated during the contest period.

required fields to participate in the contest. After submitting the required information, entrants can enter the
contest once each day for the contest period. Entrants will receive two bonus entries in the contest for each
person they share the contest with that enters. 

All eligible entries received during the promotion period will be gathered in a database
where a winner will be chosen at random at the end of the contest period. The winner will
be notified on or after January 4, 2018. Announcement and instructions for claiming the
prize will be sent to the winner’s email address supplied on the contest entry form. Each
entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her email account for prize notification and receipt
or other information related to this promotion. If the prize winner does not respond to email
communication from the administrator or sponsor within 15 days after being notified they
have won, the winner shall forfeit the prize. Upon request of the sponsor, the contest winner
may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form, and
IRS W-9 form. If the contest winner fails to comply with these rules, they may be disqualified.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of this prize is solely the
responsibility of the winner.
