Contest Rules and Regulations
- This Contest is free to enter and open to anyone except employees of the SaltWire Network, the Promoters and their agencies as well as persons with whom they reside.
- Winner(s) must be 19 years of age or older.
- One online entry per person.
- No purchase necessary
- Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification.
- Winner(s) will be contacted by members of the SaltWire Network to receive their prize.
- Three (3) grand prize winner will be drawn following the contest deadline of December 31st, at 12:00 noon. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received by the contest deadline.
- The grand prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Approximate prize value $99.99.
- Identification must be provided upon winning.
- Some prize restrictions may apply.
- The SaltWire Network and participating sponsors bear no liability arising or pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the contest, including liability and from the acceptance of and participation in the prize as awarded and confirming compliance with contest rules.
- Entrants must consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph and/or image on videotape for publicity purposes in all media carried out by The SaltWire Network and the Promoters, without payment or compensation. All online ballots shall become the property of The SaltWire Network.
- The SaltWire Network and the Promoters will not be responsible for substitution through cancellation of contest by promoter. The Promoters may withdraw or cancel the contest and the prize winner's participation in it prior to, after commencement of, or during the promotion and may make notice to, or approval of, or liability or responsibility to the prize winner whatsoever.
- The decision of the Promotions Manager is final on all matters of fact, interpretations, eligibility, procedure and fulfilment.
