Social Media Calendar Photo Contest

How to Enter: (1) go to www.facebook.com/americafirstfb and click on the "Enter to Win” tab or link provided in promotional posts, ads, etc.; (2) Click the"Like" button to Like the page www.facebook.com/americafirstfb if you have not already done so; (3) Upload your “Rivers & Streams” photo (4) Complete the online entry form; Suggested for Additional Votes/Likes- Share on your wall.

1. Only one (1) entry per person.

2. All entries must be original works created solely by the entrant, and by entering; entrant warrants that such entries are their own original works with full copyright owned by the entrant and no other person or entity.

3. Entrants may NOT utilize any form of voting boosters i.e.fake page, Vote/Like exchange pages, purchased votes/likes, or any other form of the booster as determined by the Sponsor.

Drawings: Potential winners will be selected by popular vote. One eligible picture with the most votes on August 31, 2018 at 11:59 pm will win the final prizes. Selection will be conducted under the direction of the America First Credit Union Marketing Department, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest. The entrant with the most votes will receive a $500 Visa gift card, the entrant with the second highest votes will receive a $250 Visa gift card, and the entrant with the third highest votes will receive a $100 Visa gift card. 

Thirteen photos will also be selected by a committee of AmericaFirst Credit Union Employees to be printed in the 2018 America First Calendar.  Photos to be considered for the calendar must receive a minimum of 50 like votes.  The photos will be judged on good lighting, colorful, and composition. Photos selected for the calendar will also receive prizes. The cover photo will receive a $500 Visa gift card and the other twelve photos will receive a $100 Visa gift card. 

Photos submitted must be CMYK to print, or an RGB file, 11.75”wide x 9” high @300dpi or 3525px x 2700px. Entrants understand that by submitting a photo that they release all rights to the photo over to America First Credit Union. 

Eligibility: Must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and must be at least 18 years of age as of August 1, 2018. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Information about entrants will be shared with third parties and used solely for the purpose of notifying the winner.

Odds: Actual odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. The winner(s) will be determined on highest vote totals and is subject to terms, conditions, and judgments of the Sponsor, whose decision is final.

No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of prizes are permitted, except at sole discretion of America First Credit Union. The winner is responsible for the payment of taxes on the prize and for any other expenses not specified.

Notification: Potential winner will be notified by e-mail or phone and will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, as well as a publicity release. In the event of non-compliance of these rules and regulations, or if the prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner determined by the Sponsor. By accepting any prize from the Sponsor, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, likeness and any other information for any and all advertising/publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law, and without any additional compensation. The winner expressly waives the right to review any and all advertising bearing his or her names, photographs, likeness, and titles prior to its use. After the Sponsor confirms the winners, the Sponsor will post winning names atwww.facebook.com/americafirstfbwww.twitter.com/afcu,www.instagram.com/americafirst,and/or www.americafirst.com.

Limitation of Liability: The sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, attorneys along with Facebook are not responsible for any damages, loss or liability with respect to the use of the prize awarded in the contest, or any incomplete, lost, late or damaged postal mail. Contestants release all parties from any of the above-mentioned liabilities. These Official Rules and Regulations and any disputes arising from these Official Rules and Regulations shall be interpreted by and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.

Right to Cancel or Modify contest: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical problems question the integrity of the contest, as determined by the Sponsor.
