「VIP會員尊享《古魯家族2：霸器新時代》復活節假期特別場」之條款及細則：

1. 英皇戲院為「VIP會員尊享《古魯家族2：霸器新時代》復活節假期特別場」（「本活動」）的主辦單位。
2. 一經在本網站提交資料，即表示你已閲讀、明白並同意遵守本條款及細則。
3. 本活動之推廣期為2021年3月26日至2021年3月29日（「推廣期」）。
4. 本活動只限已登記成為英皇戲院VIP會員之人士參加，若任何人士未符合以上資格，其參加資格將會被取消。
5. 每位VIP會員只限提交一次參加表格，表格內容一經確認將不能更改或取消。
6. 每位VIP會員於本活動最多只可換領戲票2張。活動名額有限，先到先得，額滿即止，過往未曾於「每月好戲場」活動內成功換票的會員將優先處理。
7. VIP會員需在提交表格前確保戶口內存有足夠代幣，如會員戶口代幣不足，其參加資格將自動被取消。
8. 如VIP會員成功登記戲票換領後缺席有關活動，於隨後3個月內將不能登記參加任何戲票換領活動。
9. 英皇戲院將於2021年3月30日或之前根據會員於本表格內提供的手提電話號碼和電郵地址以短訊及電郵方式通知戲票換領詳情，換領戲票所需的代幣亦會同時於會員戶口內扣除。

11. 倘若因參加者提供不完整或不正確之資料使英皇戲院未能通知參加者戲票換領詳情，本院概不負責，亦不會提供其他形式之補償。
12. 戲票不可轉讓亦不可兌換現金或其他貨品。
13. 如因通訊網路之任何問題或技術故障，以及網路系統或電腦軟硬件故障；或因你於網上登記時有任何錯漏，而導致任何損失，英皇戲院恕不負責。所有登記時間以伺服器接收遞交資料之時間為準，逾期無效。
14. 會員所提供之個人資料只用作是次活動聯絡、安排入場券換領及核實身份之用，不會移轉予任何其他人士。

"VIP Member Exclusive - "The Croods: A New Age" Easter Special Screening" Terms and Conditions:

1. Emperor Cinemas is the organizer of VIP Member Exclusive - "The Croods: A New Age" Easter Special Screening (“Activity”).
2. Upon submitting any enrollment form in this website within the Promotion Period, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Activity is valid from 26 March, 2021 to 29 March, 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
4. This Activity is exclusive for Emperor Cinemas VIP member. Any person who does not fulfill the criteria for the entirety of the Promotion Period would automatically be disqualified from participating in the Activity. 
5. Each VIP member can only submit one enrollment form. No alteration or cancellation is allowed once the form is submitted.
6. Each VIP member is entitled to a maximum of two tickets redemption. Limited seats, first-come-first-served. VIP member who never participated in "Movie of the Month" will be prioritized in ticket redemption.
7. VIP member has to make sure he / she have enough tokens in his / her account. Requests will be cancelled automatically in the event of inadequate tokens.
8. If VIP member is absent from the Activity, his / her enrolment for other activities held in coming 3 months will not be considered.
9. Emperor Cinemas will notify the members of details of the tickets redemption arrangement by email and SMS according to email address and mobile number provided in the enrollment form on or before 30 March, 2021. Meanwhile, required tokens for the tickets redemption will be deducted from the member's account.

11. If, due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by participant, Emperor Cinemas is unable to notify participant of the tickets redemption arrangement, Emperor Cinemas will not bear any responsibility and will not refund any deducted tokens or provide any compensations.
12. Ticket is non-redeemable for cash or exchanged for other goods.
13. Emperor Cinemas will under no circumstance be liable for any loss or damage caused by any problem or technical malfunction of any communication network, online system or computer hardware or software failure; or any incorrect data input during the online submission. All time is based on the time of receipt at the server. Late registration will not be entertained.
14. All information provided by member is solely for this event notification, tickets redemption and identity verification purpose only. The information will not be transferred to third party.
15. Emperor Cinemas reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or to change or terminate this program. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Emperor Cinemas shall be final.
