  1. 一經在本網站提交資料，即表示你已閲讀、明白並同意遵守本條款及細則。
  2. 本活動之推廣期為2021年3月25日至2021年3月31日。
  3. 首1,000名UA會員透過英皇戲院手機App購買2021年3月25日至31日電影場次成人正價戲票2張（適用於尖沙咀iSQUARE CILLOUT $80戲票及將軍澳康城開業$60戲票），並填妥本活動表格，可獲贈一年英皇戲院VIP會籍。名額有限，先到先得，送完即止。
  4. 成人正價戲票不可與其他優惠同時使用（尖沙咀iSQUARE CILLOUT $80戲票及將軍澳康城開業$60戲票除外），包括但不限於非正價電影場次（如長者首場、首場、早場或午夜場等）、優惠戲票（如小童、學生、長者、VIP會員折扣、優惠券、贈券或代幣兌換戲票優惠等）、匯豐Visa Signature信用卡相關戲票優惠、Citibank信用卡相關戲票優惠、電影禮券、贈券或現金券等。
  5. 本活動只限UA Loyalty Club或UA Art House Loyalty Club會員參加（不適用於免費會員）。若任何人士未符合以上資格，其參加資格將會被取消。參加者有機會要出示UA會員卡或購票紀錄作核實之用。
  6. 每位參加者只限提交一次參加表格，表格內容一經確認將不能更改或取消。每個UA會員編號及手機號碼於本活動最多只可兌換英皇戲院VIP會籍一次。此推廣活動不適用於現有英皇戲院VIP會員。
  7. 英皇戲院將於活動完結後3個工作天內根據參加者於本表格內提供的手機號碼以SMS短訊方式通知兌換英皇戲院VIP會籍詳情。
  8. 倘若因參加者提供不完整或不正確之資料使英皇戲院未能通知參加者兌換英皇戲院VIP會籍詳情，本院概不負責，亦不會提供其他形式之補償。
  9. VIP會員購買正價2D或3D戲票（包括優先場）可享85折優惠；購買IMAX電影、特備節目、貴賓影院the CORONET及優惠場次（即非正價戲票之電影場次，包括但不限於首場、早場、星期二優惠場或午夜場等）戲票享9折優惠（長者首場除外）；2張戲票包括生日電影贈券（於生日前30日存入電子會籍）及憑迎新代幣享2D或3D戲票買一送一優惠乙次，詳情請參閱英皇戲院網站。
  10. 優惠不可轉讓亦不可兌換現金或其他貨品。
  11. 如因通訊網路之任何問題或技術故障，以及網路系統或電腦軟硬件故障；或因你於網上登記時有任何錯漏，而導致任何損失，英皇戲院恕不負責。所有登記時間以伺服器接收遞交資料之時間為準，逾期無效。
  12. 參加者所提供之個人資料只用作是次活動聯絡之用，不會移轉予任何其他人士。
  13. 英皇戲院有權隨時修改本條款及細則、更改或終止活動。如有任何爭議，英皇戲院保留最終決定權。

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Upon submitting any enrollment form in this website, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Promotion is valid from 25 March, 2021 to 31 March 2021.
  3. First 1,000 UA members buy 2 regular-priced adult ticket of the shows from 25 March to 31 March 2021 via Emperor Cinemas mobile app (applicable to iSQUARE CILLOUT $80 discounted ticket and The LOHAS opening $60 discounted ticket) and fill in registration form are eligible to join Emperor Cinemas VIP membership (1-year) for free. Limited quotas, first-come-first-served.
  4. Regular-priced adult ticket cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (except iSQUARE CILLOUT $80 discounted ticket and The LOHAS opening $60 discounted ticket). Promotional offers include but not limited to non-regular priced show (e.g. senior first show, first show, morning show or mid-night show), discounted ticket (e.g. child, student, senior, VIP member annual discount, discount coupon, complimentary ticket or tokens redeem ticket offer), HSBC Visa Signature Card ticketing offer, Citibank Card ticketing offer, movie voucher, complimentary voucher or cash coupon.
  5. This Promotion is exclusive for UA Loyalty Club or UA Art House Loyalty Club member (not applicable to free member). Any person who does not fulfill the criteria for the entirety of the Promotion Period would automatically be disqualified from participating in the Promotion. Participant may be required to provide membership card or ticketing record for verification purpose.
  6. Each participant can only submit one enrollment form. No alteration or cancellation is allowed once the form is submitted. Each UA member ID and mobile number are entitled to a maximum of one Emperor Cinemas VIP membership redemption. This Promotion is not applicable to existing Emperor Cinemas VIP member.
  7. Emperor Cinemas will notify the qualified participants of details of the VIP membership redemption arrangement by SMS according to mobile number provided in the enrollment form within 3 days after the promotion end.
  8. If, due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by participant, Emperor Cinemas is unable to notify participant of the VIP membership redemption arrangement, Emperor Cinemas will not bear any responsibility and will not refund any deducted tokens or provide any compensations.
  9. Emperor Cinemas VIP members enjoy 15% discount on regular-priced 2D or 3D ticket (include preview shows); enjoy 10% discount on IMAX movies, special programs, VIP House the CORONET and discounted shows (i.e. Non-regular priced shows include but not limited to first shows, morning shows, Tuesday shows or mid-night shows; exclude senior first shows); 2 complimentary tickets include Birthday Complimentary Ticket (will be credited to member account 30 days before birthday) and enjoy 2D / 3D movie ticket buy-1-get-1-free offer with welcome tokens.   10. Offer is non-redeemable for cash or exchanged for other goods.
  11. Emperor Cinemas will under no circumstance be liable for any loss or damage caused by any problem or technical malfunction of any communication network, online system or computer hardware or software failure; or any incorrect data input during the online submission. All time is based on the time of receipt at the server. Late registration will not be entertained.
  12. All information provided by member is solely for this event notification and identity verification purpose only. The information will not be transferred to third party.
  13. Emperor Cinemas reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or to change or terminate this program. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Emperor Cinemas shall be final.
