Winner Selection:
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the end of the giveaway period. The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message and/or email within 72 hours of the announcement.

Prize Conditions:
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Foster’s Yacht Services reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
