Terms and Conditions of Entry
THE COMPETITION
1. The "Ted's and CRV Ultimate Hanging Rock Cup Giveaway " competition runs from 11/11/2022 to 18/12/2022.
2. The Promoter is Ted’s Cameras and Country Racing Victoria, if you have any queries about the running of this competition, please email web@teds.com.au
3. Ted’s Cameras reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any time and change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to any participant if this is necessitated by unforeseen circumstances beyond Ted’s Cameras’ reasonable control
4. Participants must be over the age of 18 and be able to provide proof of age.
5. The competition is only open to residents of Australia.
6. Entries can only be submitted via the WooBox form.
7. Entrants must provide the following personal details: full name and email address
8. Entries are limited to one per person.
9. By submitting an entry, all entrants are deemed to have agreed to and shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions
10. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights
12. Incomplete and indecipherable entries and any entry which has incorrectly entered personal information or contact details shall be deemed an invalid entry
WINNER
13. The winner of the prize (as defined below) will be selected by our judges.
14 This is a game of skill. The Promoter may select additional reserve entries in the case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is selected as a winner
15. The decision of the voting and Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into between the Promoter and the entrants in this respect
16. The major prize winner will be contacted by the Promoter within four (4) business days after the end date of the Competition. Minor prize winners will be contact each week during the promotion period.
17. All winners will be announced publicly within five (5) business days after the end date of the Competition.

18. The one (1) Major Prize will be: …
1x Hill Top Umbrella Package including ten (10) x General Admission tickets and a standard beverage package to the 2023 Hanging Rock Cup on January 26th.
1x Pentax ZD 10x50 WP Binoculars
Total prize valued at $2,350
The five (5) Minor prizes, released weekly will be:
1 x $100 Pair of Pentax UP 8x21 Binoculars and five (5) x General Admission Tickets to any CRV event until June 31 2023.
Prize winners will be supplied with Country Racing Victoria’s customer service team contact details and must contact customer service with their full name and contact details to redeem their tickets to any CRV event from the date of release until 31 July 2023. Please contact 1300 139 402 or customerservice@countryracing.com.au to organise tickets to your selected event.
The main prize is only valid for the Country Racing Victoria, Hanging Rock Cup Day on the 26th of January and includes an Umbrella Package, ten (10) general admissions and ten (10) standard beverage packages which include beer, wine, cider, bubbles & non-alcoholic beverages from 12noon to 5.30 pm.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash, or transferable to another person. Prize winners must redeem all allocated General Admissions in one transaction to the one event. Any unused General Admissions will be forfeited.
Prizes do not include transport to and from the Venue.
19. Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is available. If for any reason an advertised prize cannot be provided, an alternate prize of equal or greater RRP value will be provided.
