Giveaway Event Terms and Conditions  

This ASUS ProArt Instagram 2024 Anniversary Online Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is hosted by ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (“ASUS”).  

1.     Detailed information with respect to how to participate and win prizes in connection with this specific Giveaway, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of this Giveaway Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in this Giveaway is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.  ASUS may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. Eligible Entrant (as defined below) shall be bound by any such revisions.

2.     NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Participation is permitted irrespective of purchase of a product/service. A purchase will not improve Eligible Entrant’s chances of winning.

3.     The Giveaway commences on 2024/08/26 09:00 PM (UTC+8) and ends on 2024/09/09 11:59 PM (UTC+8) ("Giveaway Period"). It is available worldwide, excluding Russia and Italy, and those regions and territories where (i) participation or receipt of prizes in giveaways is prohibited, (ii) additional processes (such as registration and reporting) are required for holding giveaways or providing prizes that exceed a certain value, (iii) are currently in a state of war, or (v) are places where the Prize (as defined below) cannot be delivered. 

4.     Qualification of an Eligible Entrant:

A.         This Giveaway is open to at least 20 years old and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in.

B.         Employees of ASUS and its affiliates and subsidiaries are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Giveaway. 

C.         Each individual can enter the Giveaway only once regardless of method of entry. Any additional entries beyond the first entry will be ignored, and not be eligible for the Giveaway.

5.     How to enter this Giveaway (“Entry Process”): 

A.         Follow ProArt Instagram channel (https://www.instagram.com/proart/) (“ProArt Instagram Channel”)

B.         Like the Giveaway Announcement Post published on 2024/08/26 on ProArt Instagram channel.

C.         Share the Giveaway Announcement Post via Instagram Story Post (The Instagram Story must remain available for 24 hours).

D.        Tag 2 friends’ Instagram account in the post and write a comment inviting them to participate in this event.

6.     ASUS reserves the right to disqualify entries which are (a) incomplete, (b) suspected of being false or answered in bad faith, (c) illegible, (d) contain sexual content or are otherwise offensive or objectionable; or (e) not in compliance with this Terms and Conditions.

7.     There will be eight (8) Prize winners (“Winners”) randomly selected from all Eligible Entrants who completed the Entry Process. ASUS will announce the Winners on ProArt Instagram Channel on September 16, 2024 (“Announcement Date”). 

8.     Winners shall inform ASUS of their contact information by email (global_socialmedia@asus.com) within 7 days after the Announcement Date. Failure of a Winner to provide their contact information to ASUS within this period will be deemed a waiver of the right to claim the awarded Prize. ASUS receives the right to verify the qualification of entries. ASUS, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to conduct a redraw to select a substitute winner. Winners are required to reply to the Prize notification with their full name, physical address, and phone number in order to receive the Prize. This data will only be used for the delivery of the Prize to the Winners and tax-related purposes. Winners guarantee that all information provided is accurate and truthful. ASUS reserves the right to reject winning claims with incomplete or incorrect information.

9.     Prize and its Approximate Retail Value.

The Winner will randomly receive one of the Prize below:

A.         ASUS ProArt PX13 *1 with an approximate retail value of $1699 US dollars.

B.         ASUS ProArt Display PA278CFRV Monitor*1 with an approximate retail value of $379 US dollars.

C.         ASUS ProArt Backpack*1 with an approximate retail value of $129 US dollars.

D.        ASUS ProArt Backpack*1 with an approximate retail value of $129 US dollars.

E.         ASUS ProArt Backpack*1 with an approximate retail value of $129 US dollars.

F.          ASUS ProArt Merch Set (ProArt notebook + ProArt Tech Organizer + ProArt Pen)*3/each with an approximate retail value of $16 US dollars.

10. You acknowledge that an Eligible Entrant is allowed to win one time. 

11. NO WARRANTIES. Winner(s) understands and agrees that the Prize is being provided “AS- IS,” and, to the extent allowed by laws, ASUS makes no warranties covering any of the Prizes furnished as part of this Giveaway.

12. Winner(s) understands that any taxes, duties, or other charges related to the acceptance and use of the Prize are Winner’s sole responsibility.

13. A cash payment of the prize is excluded.

15. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Discord. You agree to grant parties mentioned above (Instagram and Discord) a complete release regarding this Giveaway. You acknowledge that you are providing your comments and personal information to ASUS and not to Instagram; and such information will only be used for this Giveaway.

16. Prizes are non-transferable. The value of Prizes varies depending on region and inventory supply, while the value of products varies depending on country/region and retail channels. ASUS reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal value.
