ENTRY. Entries begin on October 6, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. EST and end at 11:59 p.m. EST on October 31, 2025. Agropec Trading, LLC dba ALLIVET (the “Sponsor”) is not responsible for any type of technical difficulty (including, but not limited to: network server issues, connection problems, failed phone, computer, or internet transmission, or any other technical failure), postal difficulty (including, but not limited to: late, lost, damaged, or postage-due mail), or any other type of error whether human, mechanical, or electronic in relation to the Photo Contest. Any defective or incomplete entry will be automatically disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Photo Contest at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Photo Contest.

ELIGIBILITY. The Photo Contest is open to residents of the United States and valid in all states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, except where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. This Photo Contest and all related promotions are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Promotion Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

ENTRY METHOD. Entries must be submitted via Woobox by uploading a photo of a pet in costume and using the hashtag #AllivetHalloween. Costumes may be spooky, funny, or cute.

PRIZES. On or around November 5, 2025, winners will be selected by Sponsor from all eligible entries.

• One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a $100 Allivet Gift Card and a pet first aid kit
• Two (2) Runner-Up Winners will each receive a pet first aid kit

DELIVERY OF PRIZES. Winners will be contacted by email and asked to verify their shipping address. Each winner will have one (1) week to respond with the required information. Failure to respond within one (1) week will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. This process shall continue until all prizes are awarded or no valid entries remain.

RELEASE. By participating or accepting a prize, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Photo Contest or receipt or use of any prize. Winners may be required to sign additional documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor as a condition of receiving their prize.

DISPUTES. Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Photo Contest or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Photo Contest but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or any other damages beyond actual out-of-pocket expenses.

VERIFICATION. The names of the winners may be obtained after November 10, 2025, by sending a Facebook message to Allivet.

OWNERSHIP OF SUBMITTED ENTRIES. By entering, participants grant Allivet the right to use, reproduce, and display submitted photos and captions for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, email newsletters, and social media, without additional compensation.

SUBMISSION OF EMAIL ADDRESS. By entering the Photo Contest and providing an email address, entrants consent to receive exclusive emails from Allivet, including pet health advice, offers, and updates.
