2023 Annalee Pet Contest | TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning. Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia.

ANNALEE PET CONTEST participants must be 18 years of age or have permission from parent or legal guardian to participate in the contest. Entries must be submitted before midnight EST on July 9, 2023. 

By participating in ANNALEE PET CONTEST participant agrees to allow Annalee Dolls the unrestricted right, power and authority to reproduce, publish, print, distribute, transmit, copy, or otherwise use, in whole or in part, in any medium known or later discovered, including but not limited to by means of digital transmission through the Internet, all photographs and information associated with the PET DESIGN CONTEST. The participant also agrees that any designs created for the PET DESIGN CONTEST and/or profits or royalties generated by the sale of a design created for the PET DESIGN CONTEST, remain the property of Annalee Dolls. 

Annalee Dolls reserves the right to make the final decision on the winning design. Voting will take place July 10, 2023  thru July 16, 2023. Winning design will be announced July 18, 2023.

We will be choosing 1 grand prize winner and several runners-up for prizes. The criteria used to select the winners will include but not be limited to creativity, quality of image of the photo.Upon submission, entries shall become the property of Annalee Dolls. Annalee as the “sponsor” reserves the right to use your entry and any comments or images submitted in future marketing campaigns. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any pictures from the contest and to select winners in its sole discretion. Entrants are only eligible to enter each respective contest one time. 

The Individual represents and warrants that he/she is over the age of majority in the state in which this Release is executed and that the Individual has full power and authority to execute this Release. This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding of the parties. The parties agree that the laws of New Hampshire shall be applicable to this Agreement.

The winners will be required to provide full name and street address, sign an affidavit of eligibility, a release and a Publicity Release, where permitted. Winners are not entitled to exchange, transfer the prize or obtain a cash substitute. Prize includes shipping and handling. All applicable taxes, including all federal, state, local and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. If any winner cannot be contacted within three (3) days of first notification attempt, by phone or email, if any winner rejects his/her prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Limit one prize per person or household. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest at any time in its sole discretion. 

Any personal information collected in connection with the contest shall be used in a manner consistent with the uses set forth in the Privacy Policy referenced at http://annalee.com/privacy-policy/.
