Holiday Splurge GEOfencing Giveaway
Official Rules & Regulations 

Contest Period:
The Gateway Towne Center Holiday Splurge Giveaway runs from November 19 through December 14, 2025. All entries must be received within this contest period.
The Winner will be announced on December 15, 2025.

Eligibility:

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Must be a resident (living within a reasonable distance of Gateway Towne Center - Compton, California).
• Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
• Employees of Gateway Towne Center, its retailers, Vestar, marketing partners, vendors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

How to Enter:

Participants must enter through the official digital GEOfencing advertisement or landing page during the contest period. All required fields must be completed accurately. Incomplete entries may be disqualified.

Prize:

One (1) winner will receive a $300 Holiday Shopping Spree, including:

• $100 Target Gift Card
• $100 Home Depot Gift Card
• $100 Best Buy Gift Card

The prize(s) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified by email from the Gateway Towne Center marketing team.
• The winner must reply within 48 hours to claim the prize.
• If no response is received within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and another eligible winner will be selected.

Liability and Disclaimers:

Gateway Towne Center, participating retailers, Vestar, and all third-party partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or inaccurate entries.

Gateway Towne Center, its retailers, Vestar, and third-party partners are not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards once issued to the winner.

By entering, participants agree that Gateway Towne Center may use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy:

Information collected will be used solely for contest administration and Gateway Towne Center marketing purposes and will not be sold to third parties.

General Conditions:

Gateway Towne Center reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions made by Gateway Towne Center, which are final.
