1. The promoter is Ballance Agri-Nutrients Limited (“Ballance”), 161 Hewletts Road, Mount Maunganui, Private Bag 12-503, Tauranga.
2. By entering the competition each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
3. Entry is only open to New Zealand farmers.
4. To enter, an eligible participant must purchase PhaSedN Quick Start by 30 September 2019. Entry into the competition is automatic upon submission of the entrant's contact details.
5. Participation in the competition is limited to one entry per person.
6. No responsibility will be taken for late entries or incomplete entries.
7. By entering the competition winners agree to their names being published and to be photographed and/or interviewed by Ballance Agri-Nutrients. Ballance may use their names and such photographs and/or interviews for publicity purposes.
8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. Prize includes: Return Seat + Bag airfares from prize winners nearest Air New Zealand serviced airport to Queenstown. 2 nights’ luxury accommodation, breakfast daily, 1x dinner and late check-out of midday.
10. Prize must be redeemed a minimum of 6 weeks prior to preferred travel date. Travel is not permitted over New Zealand school holidays or public holidays. Prize is valid for two adult travellers only. Any amendments after a booking has been made will incur a $50 change fee per person along with any fees charged by the airlines and/or suppliers. Any additional travel expenses such as (but not limited to) meals, transfers, sightseeing and travel insurance is at the prize winners expense. Once arrangements are in place, supplier terms & conditions apply. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and has no cash value. Accommodation is subject to availability, non-transferrable, validity cannot be extended, and blackout dates apply.
11. The competition starts on 19 July 2019 and closes on 30 September 2019.
12. The competition will be drawn by 4 October 2019.
13. The prize value ($3,000) is based on the retail prices as at July 2019.
14. Ballance will work with the winner of the prize to ensure redemption works for both parties.
15. Travel prize must be redeemed by 1 October 2020.
16. Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon request.
17. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Ballance and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize.
18. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. Employees of Ballance are not eligible to enter these promotions.
19. The decision of judges in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. All entries become the property of Ballance and may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, or passed onto a third party involved in the promotion for Ballance marketing purposes.

22. By entering the competition, entrants are deemed to have given Ballance consent to contact them for marketing purposes.
