Entries must fill out the form in full to be entered in this giveaway.

The giveaway begins on Thursday, July 15th and ends on Wednesday, July 28th at midnight. The winners of the Chicago White Sox Tickets must follow-up with a representative from Tony's Fresh Market by either phone or email. A representative from Tony's Fresh Market will be contacting the winners via phone or email based on the information the winners have submitted. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, then a new winner will be selected.

(2) Winners will be picked from the entries on Thursday, July 29th and then contacted via email first. If we do no hear back from you via email, then we will call for confirmation. The winner must respond to our email or calls for acceptance of this prize.

The winner will be mailed (2) tickets to a Chicago White Sox Game.
