How to Enter: (1) go to www.facebook.com/americafirstfb and click on the "Enter to Win” tab or link provided in promotional posts, ads, etc.; (2) Click the "Like" button to Like the page www.facebook.com/americafirstfb if you have not already done so; (3) answer the questions (4) Complete the online entry form; Suggested for additional entries - Share on your wall.
To enter without purchase or obligation by mail - Entrant must print his or her name, home address, and day and evening phone numbers on a 3"-by-5" card along with digital file of their picture (non-returnable) and mail to: America First Credit Union, Digital Marketing Department, Attention: Doug Bailey, 1344 W. 4675 S., Riverdale, UT 84405. Entries are limited to 1 per person, per day, one entry per stamped envelope mailed. All entries must be postmarked during the contest period and received during the contest period. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
1. Only one (1) entry per person.
2. All entries must be original works created solely by the entrant, and by entering; entrant warrants that such entries are their own original works with full copyright owned by the entrant and no other person or entity.
3. Entrants may NOT utilize any form of voting boosters i.e. fake page, Vote/Like exchange pages, purchased votes/likes, or any other form of booster as determined by the Sponsor.
Drawings: One elegible submission will be selected by marketing staff on or about December 6th, 2016. Selection will be conducted under the direction of the America First Credit Union Marketing Department, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest. The entrant selected will receive an America First Private Screening Rogue One gift pack containing, but not limited to: Four (4) tickets to the America First Credit Union Private Screenings of Star Wars, Rogue One on December 16, 2016 at one (1) of the following locations (theaters selected by America First Credit Union); Logan, Ogden, Centerville, Salt Lake City, Sandy South Jordan, Lehi, St. George, Mesquite, Geneva, Las Vegas. One (1) $50.00 Megaplex giftcard.
Entrants understand that by submitting a photo, video, or other material that they release all rights to the submitted content over to America First Credit Union.
Eligibility: Must be legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and must be at least 18 years of age as of November 23rd, 2016. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Information about entrants will be shared with third parties and used solely for the purpose of notifying the winner.
Odds: Actual odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. The winner will be determined based on staff selection and is subject to terms, conditions and judgments of the Sponsor, whose decision is final.
No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of prizes are permitted, except at sole discretion of America First Credit Union. The winner is responsible for the payment of taxes on the prize and for any other expenses not specified.
Notification: Potential winner will be notified by e-mail or phone and will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, as well as a publicity release. In the event of non-compliance of these rules and regulations, or if the prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner determined by the Sponsor. By accepting any prize from the Sponsor, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, likeness and any other information for any and all advertising/publicity purposes without further consideration, except where prohibited by law, and without any additional compensation. The winner expressly waives the right to review any and all advertising bearing his or her names, photographs, likeness, and titles prior to its use. After the Sponsor confirms the winners, the Sponsor will post winning names atwww.facebook.com/americafirstfb, www.twitter.com/afcu,www.instagram.com/americafirst,and/or www.americafirst.com.
Limitation of Liability: The sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, attorneys along with Facebook are not responsible for any damages, loss or liability with respect to the use of the prize awarded in the contest, or any incomplete, lost, late or damaged postal mail. Contestants release all parties from any of the above-mentioned liabilities. These Official Rules and Regulations and any disputes arising from these Official Rules and Regulations shall be interpreted by and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
Receipt of the Notification of Winner(s): Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to America First Credit Union, Digital Marketing Attention: Doug Bailey, 1344 W. 4675 S., Riverdale, UT 84405.
Right to Cancel or Modify contest: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical problems question the integrity of the contest, as determined by the Sponsor.
