Official Rules: Terms of Giveaway Promotion Entry

1.) No purchase is ever necessary when participating in an XP League giveaway promotion or contest. 

2.) The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Epic Games, Overwatch or any other social media platform or game publishing company. By entering this contest, you understand that you are providing your information to XP League and not Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social media platform. 

3.) GIVEAWAY PERIOD: giveaway promotion begins on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 9:00AM PST and will end July 21, 2021 at 12:00AM midnight PST (Giveaway promotion period).

4.)Employees of XP League or any other organizations affiliated with XP League’s, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Contest and each of their respective parents, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members(regardless of where they reside) or household members, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” shall mean spouses, parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and their respective spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. THIS INCLUDES THE PARENTS AND CHILDREN WHO ARE CURRENTLY SIGNED UP FOR XP LEAGUE AS AN PAID LEAGUE MEMBER (PLAYER) OR EVENT PARTICIPANT. ALL ENTRIES FROM CURRENT XP LEAGUE MEMBERS WILL BE VOID.THIS GIVEAWAY PROMOTION IS FOR FAMILIES (PARENT/PLAYER) WHO ARE NOT CURRENTLY XP LEAGUE MEMBERS.
 

5.) WINNER SELECTION/DRAWING: Within five (5) business days of the end of Giveaway Period, XP League will conduct a random drawing for winners. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified via email and/or phone and will be required to provide XP League his/her full name, complete mailing address and email address. Potential winners may be required to complete a Release of Liability/Publicity within ten (10) days of date of notification or an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, XP League is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at XP League’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable drawing. ONE GRAND PRIZE WINNER: Receives two (2) airline tickets (coach class) to Raleigh, NC, USA, two (2) VIP guest passes to XP League’s NAF (North American Finals August 5-8. Standard hotel lodging for two overnight stays. Plus an XP League prize package (loot crate) with up to ten XP branded gear and/or accessory items. TEN GRAND PRIZE WINNERS: Receive a prize package with up to ten XP League branded items. Items will be selected to match each winner's size request and the number of items, type of item and style will be chosen based on the sole discretion of XP League. All prizes and the retail value thereof are subject to all applicable local, state and federal taxes.

6.) Giveaway promotions and contests are operated by XP League (“Promoter”) and hosted on www.woobox or a XP League branded website. Prizes may be sponsored by external partners.

7.) The Prize(s) on offer are clearly advertised on the giveaway entry page and included here in the Official Rules section (5) above.

8.) Every active promotion hosted on xpleaguegiveaway.xpl.gg has certain entry requirements, stated on the promotion page. You must follow all steps to be eligible for entry.

9.) To enter prize promotions you must confirm your email address by clicking on the 'subscribe' button in the email sent to you. The email address must belong to you. If you have previously entered one of our promotions, you may not receive a confirmation email, however your entry will still be counted one entry per person. You agree to provide true and accurate information, otherwise you risk making your entry void.

10.) By entering this promotion you give XP League permission to send emails from @xpleague.gg to the email address you entered with.

11.) If you choose to opt-in to register with specified third parties you give us permission to share your entry details and give them permission to send emails.

12.) Prize winners are chosen at random from valid entries on the date the competition ends (specified on the entry page).

13.) Prize winners will be announced after the competition has ended via social media platforms. We will make every attempt to contact the winners via the e-mail address or phone number they provided when entering.

14.) The Prize is non-transferable, subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. The XP League may substitute an alternative of the same or comparable value if, in its sole discretion, deems it necessary.

15.) The Winners agree to participate in such reasonable publicity as may be requested by XP League.

16.) We reserve the right to disqualify entrants if we suspect that they are trying to defraud the giveaway promotion.

17.) We reserve the right to amend competition entry requirements or these terms at any time, without prior notice.

18.) We reserve the right to withdraw from this competition at any time.

 19.) We reserve the right to end the competition prior to the official closing date.

20.) No purchase is ever necessary to enter the giveaway promotion.

21.) You agree to indemnify XP League and their affiliates and employees from and against all liabilities, other expenses, and damages arising from claims resulting directly or indirectly from your entry.

22.) By entering the competition, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms of Competition Entry and any Entrant who fails to abide by any of these Terms of Competition Entry may be disqualified at the sole discretion of XP League.
