FAIRFIELD FORUM SHOPPING CENTRE | WIN THE ULTIMATE GETAWAY PROMOTION 2025

 

1. Introduction

1.1 This ‘WIN The Ultimate Getaway’ (Promotion) is conducted by “Harrington Property Funds Management PTY LTD ABN 37 156 505 707” (Promoter).

1.2 These terms and conditions apply to all entries into and/or prizes awarded under the Promotion.

1.3 The laws of NSW apply to the conduct of the Promotion and the interpretation of these terms and conditions.

1.4 By submitting a physical or online entry into this Promotion, Entrants confirm that they have read, understand, accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

2. Duration

2.1 The Promotion runs from Saturday 1 June 2025 to Monday 30 June 2025, concluding at 12:00 pm.

2.2 All receipts must be dated within the Promotion Period.

 

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

3.2 Employees, agents, and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related entities, retailers, and tenants at Fairfield Forum Shopping Centre are not eligible to enter.

3.3 Bill payments, gift cards, tobacco purchases, bank or ATM transactions, and service payments (e.g. electricity, gas, phone bills) are excluded and will not be accepted.

 

4. Method of Entry

4.1 To enter the Promotion, entrants must:

4.1.1 Spend $30 or more at Fairfield Forum specialty retailers, OR

4.1.2 Spend $80 or more at Coles, ALDI, Kmart or TK Maxx, located at Fairfield Forum, during the promotion period.

4.1.3 Submit a valid entry form, either:

 

Physically by collecting an entry form in centre and placing it into the designated suitcase entry barrel located in front of Kmart, OR

Online by visiting https://fairfieldforum.com.au/travel/ and completing the entry form including a valid receipt upload (photo, PDF or screenshot) clearly showing the store, date, and amount spent.

4.1.4 Ensure all required contact fields are completed (full name, phone, email, postcode).

4.1.5 Retain the original receipt as proof of purchase.

4.2 Multiple entries are permitted with separate qualifying receipts.

4.3 Duplicate receipts and incomplete, illegible, forged or altered entries will be deemed invalid.

4.4 Each entry must be submitted individually.

4.5 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries suspected of tampering or manipulation.

 

 

5. Prize Draw

5.1 The prize draw will take place on Monday 30 June 2025, after the Promotion concludes.

5.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

6. Prizes

6.1 There are two prizes available:

 

1st Prize: $5,000 Travel Voucher

2nd Prize: $2,500 Travel Voucher

6.2 Prize values are in AUD and accurate at the time of printing.

6.3 Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

6.4 Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included.

6.5 If a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute with a prize of equal value.

 

 

7. Winner Notification and Prize Collection

7.1 Winners will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the draw.

7.2 Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of notification or a redraw may occur.

7.3 Winners may be required to show valid ID and original receipts to verify their entry.

7.4 Prizes must be collected from Fairfield Forum unless otherwise arranged.

 

8. Privacy and Publicity

8.1 By entering, entrants consent to their name and photo being used for promotional purposes if they win.

8.2 Personal information is collected in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and will be used solely for administration of this promotion and contacting winners.

9. General Conditions

9.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms, alter, extend or cancel the Promotion at any time.

9.2 The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered (including indirect or consequential loss) in connection with the Promotion or prize.

9.3 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta or Google.
