MMA Creative’s “Walmart Chef” Sweepstakes Contests

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THESE RULES GOVERN ALL ASPECTS OF PARTICIPATION AND AWARD OF PRIZES.

INTRODUCTION:
The “Walmart Chef” Sweepstakes is sponsored by MMA Creative, 480 Neal St. Suite 201, Cookeville, TN 38501 ("MMA CREATIVE").

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes and the entry period will begin August 7, 2019, and end October 20, 2019 ("Sweepstakes Period").

DETAILS:
The Sweepstakes entry opportunities will be conducted at events and online. Entrants may only enter into the sweepstakes once (1). One (1) winner will be chosen monthly. Winners will be notified via email from an MMA Creative team member on the first week of each month.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the lower 48 United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of MMA CREATIVE, its officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, general sponsors (including WALMART), promotional partners, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, members of the immediate families (defined as spouse, child, sibling, parent, or grandparent), and members of the households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate or win in this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By participating, the participant agrees to abide by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and the decisions of MMA CREATIVE, which are final and binding in all respects.
