Ts and Cs of Baron Holiday Homes Photo Contest – Your best Gozo experience
1. The photo and story contest is open to all those aged 18 and over.
2. To be entered into the competition, simply upload a photo of your chosen favourite place or experience in Gozo on this page with your chosen story and post on the Baron Holiday Homes Facebook or Instagram page with the hashtag #BestGozo.
Those entering the photo and story contest can choose to include photos with or without themselves included. The deadline for submission of all photos and stories to be considered in the contest is midnight (Gozo time) on Tuesday 5th September 2017.
3. Photos and captions should be uploaded on this page or the Baron Holiday Homes’

or Instagram Page https://www.instagram.com/baronholidayhomesgozo/
4. On Friday 8th September 2017 we will upload a chosen shortlist of all photos submitted on a photo album on this voting page. This photo album will be open to all for voting on this page at this url only: http://woobox.com/865ngr
5. You can enter as many photos with captions as you like but only one vote per email account is allowed.
6. The photo contest winner will be the person who gets the most likes on his/her photo on this voting page in the final competition held between 8th September 2017 and midnight (Gozo time) on 17th September 2017. In the event that more than one photo has the highest number of likes, Baron Holiday Homes reserves the right to choose the winner out of these.
7. The photo contest winner will win a seven night stay at beautiful holiday home Hamlet 2 with private pool. The farmhouse has 4 bedroom, 5 bathrooms and sleeps 8 people. The prize is non-transferable and can only be received by the entrant who submitted the photo.
The prize is valid from 15th November until 31st May 2018 with the following exclusion dates:
22nd December 2017 until 4th January 2018
24th March 2018 until 1st April 2018
21st December 2018 until 3rd January 2019
13th April 2019 until 21st April 2019
8. The winner will be announced on our Facebook page on Monday 18th September 2017.
9. Standard booking terms and conditions apply.
10. Any entries that are deemed inappropriate will be deleted immediately from our contest, Facebook or Instagram pages.
11. If the winner does not contact Baron Holiday Homes on Facebook within 10 days (17th October 2017), the prize will be forfeited. It is the winner’s responsibility to notify Baron Holiday Homes of any change in contact information.
12. The winner’s name will be available and published on the Facebook and Twitter pages of Baron Holiday Homes.
13. The winner may not use the prize in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or prize draw.
14. Baron Holiday Homes reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate any aspect of the prize draw at any given time without notice if circumstances beyond their control require it to do so.
15. This promotion and draw may be run across or amalgamated into other promotions by Baron Holiday Homes which share an equivalent or greater prize offer.
16. Entry into the competition authorises Baron Holiday Homes and/or our sponsor to contact and to publish the name, photo, address and country of the winners.
17. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable post event publicity.
18. Entry into this draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and those of any partner company associated with the competition (if relevant).
19. Prizes are not transferable. There will be no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with one of an equivalent or greater value.
20. Baron Holiday Homes, our sponsors, nor agencies involved in this promotion, will be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused by matters arising from this promotion.

22. The holiday must be taken between from 15th November 2017 until 15th May 2018. If the holiday is not taken within this time period the prize will be withdrawn. No cash alternative will be offered. If the property is not available in the period above then it can also also be booked between 15th November 2018 until 15th May 2019 with the following exclusion dates:
22nd December 2017 until 4th January 2018
24th March 2018 until 1st April 2018
21st December 2018 until 3rd January
13th April 2019 until 21st April 2019
23. In the event that Baron Holiday Homes cancels your booking due to circumstances beyond your control, an alternative holiday or date will be offered under the same terms.
24. Travel is not included as part of the prize.
25. Employees of any Baron Group company, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
26. Entrants must have full rights to the photo they are sharing and give Baron Holiday Homes full rights to publish it.
27. These terms & conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malta and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
28. Entrants give Baron Holiday Homes full rights to display their photo/s submitted on any of their channels or website.
