When you properly complete and submit an entry form on any day between December 10, 2018 and December 21, 2018, you will receive one entry into the drawing for that day. There will be one drawing each day for twelve days, and multiple drawings on select days (as indicated below) and you must enter each drawing separately on the day of the drawing. One of the following prizes will be given away each day, and will be announced on the day of the drawing: (i) $565 off your annual dues for the next dues billing cycle if you are currently a member or a Thousand Trails Camping Pass if you are not currently a member (a $575 value); (ii) Triton Propane Stove (a $79.99 value); (iii) Coleman Lantern (a $39.99 value); (iv) Strongback Elite Chair (a $99.95 value); (v) 5 night RV rental with Mighway (up to $1,500 value); (vi) $100 Gas Card; (vii) DISH Satellite Antenna Bundle and Yeti Tumbler (a $448 value); (viii) 2 nights of camping in a rental unit at a participating resort (a $200 value); (ix) Coleman Sundome Tent (a $65 value); (x) 7 nights of camping at a participating resort (a $360 value); (xi) eleven winners will each receive a Thousand Trails camping pack and s’mores kit (a $35 value). You do not need to present to win. The winners will be notified by email at ttfan@equitylifestyle.com after the drawing. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. The odds of winning each day will depend on the number of entries, but are not expected to exceed 1:5000 for prizes (i)-(x) and 11:5000 for prize (ix). Each winner is responsible for federal and state taxes on the prize. The drawing is limited to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Due to legal restrictions, residents of AZ, FL, and NV are not eligible to participate in this promotion. In addition, employees of Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Limit one entry per person/email address per day. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason.
Except where prohibited by law, a potential winner must complete, sign and return to the Sponsor, within two business days, a Winner's Affidavit and Release in the form presented by the Sponsor. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Winner's Affidavit and Release within the required time period, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the potential winner will not receive any prize and an alternate winner will be chosen. Except where prohibited by law, the name and likenesses of each winner may be used by the Sponsor for promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.
The days of free camping are based on availability, reservations are required, and the trip must be completed by December 23, 2019. Holidays and special events are excluded. The following resorts are excluded from the promotion: San Francisco RV Resort, St. George RV Resort, Desert Vista RV Resort, Indian Lakes RV Resort, Little Diamond RV Resort and Grandy Creek RV Resort, Pine Island RV Resort, Sunshine Key RV Resort, Fiesta Key RV Resort.
The Mighway RV rental is based on vehicle availability at the time of booking. Up to five night vehicle rental, up to $1,500 vehicle value. Holiday availability is not guaranteed. Booking must be traveled by August 1st, 2019.
