Entry Restrictions.

There is no limit on the number of entries per person as long as EACH entry is unique. Duplicate entries across multiple social platforms are not allowed. An entrant may use only one (1) e-mail address, one (1) Twitter account, and one (1) Instagram account to enter the contest. Entry must be the original work of entrant; retweeting or regramming another person's photo will NOT result in a contest entry. Entrant must have secured permission from every individual in an entry photo(s) to post the photo publicly and enter the contest (including securing parental permission, if students are included in the images). Any person who attempts to participate with multiple identities, Twitter/Instagram accounts or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times in violation of the preceding limit will be disqualified. Entries must be manually keystroked. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or like means are prohibited and will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account associated with the Facebook or Instagram account (as applicable) from which the entry is submitted as of date of entry. Authorized account holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Response may be deemed void at Sponsor’s sole discretion and response will be removed from the contest if Sponsor or contest judges at their sole discretion determine that the response/entry (a) is inappropriate, profane, or unfit for publication; (b) includes any content that may violate the rights of any third party; (c) advocates drug use, violence, or any illegal conduct; (d) disparages Sponsor; or (e) is not relevant to the contest theme. (The preceding also is subject to any rights retained by Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram [as applicable] in operating a social media platform.) Sponsor's posting/reposting of response does NOT constitute any representation by Sponsor that the response is an eligible entry in the contest or that the person submitting same is a potential prize winner in the contest. Responses represent only the opinions of the entrant himself or herself, not those of sponsor, and sponsor expressly disclaims any liability in conjunction with screening or reviewing responses prior to posting or reposting them, as the case may be.

3. Finalist selection.

Sponsor organization will narrow the entries to 15 finalists for the voting period, based on their sole discretion.

Random winners will be notified via e-mail, Twitter, or Instagram (whichever was their method of entry) on the day they are selected as a winner.

Grand Prize Winner: The Grand Prize winner will be chosen by public vote at the contest webpage. Voters are allowed to vote once per day during the voting period. Any person who attempts to vote and enter the voting prize drawing with multiple e-mail or street addresses, under multiple identities, or by use of any device or artifice to vote or enter multiple times in violation of this entry limit will be disqualified. Votes and entries must be manually keystroked. Receipt of votes and entries may not be acknowledged.
