TERMS OF PROPER PROMOTIONAL PASS USE AND REDEMPTION.

1. Eligibility: The A-train Birthday free day pass is open to those who download the voucher [insert Woobox URL] and who are 13 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

NOTE: You may download one day pass. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of DCTA.

2. Agreement to Rules: By downloading the pass you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of DCTA as final and binding as it relates to the content of this coupon.

3. Day Pass Download Period: Coupon will be available for download starting on June 6, 2016 at 12:00 a.m. and ending Friday, June 17 at 11:59 p.m.

4. Day Pass Validity: This pass is only valid on Saturday, June 18 on DCTA’s A-train commuter rail line. Other DCTA services such as Connect Bus, Highland Village Connect Shuttle, UNT and NCTC Campus Shuttles, Access, vanpool and on-demand services are not included in this promotion.

This pass is not valid on the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART). If you plan to transfer to the DART from the DCTA A-train, you will need to have or purchase DART fare, as they are not included in this promotion.

5. How to Redeem: You must present your free day promotional pass to DCTA rail operators in order to get free A-train rides. The pass is good for free rides on the A-train all day on Saturday, June 18. After you present your free day pass to rail operators, you must retain it to continue riding free on the A-train for the remainder of your trip.

6. Terms & Conditions: DCTA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the coupon promotion should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond DCTA’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest. DCTA has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the coupon promotion, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple downloads from the same computer in excess of that allowed by promotional rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the coupon promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, DCTA reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability: By downloading the pass you agree to release and hold harmless DCTA and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

8. Disputes: THIS promotion IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATE AND TEXAS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this campaign, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Texas having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this contest). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

10. Facebook: The campaign hosted by DCTA is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

11. By downloading the pass you have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Campaign Rules.
