ELIGIBILITY: The Hunt For The Big Cheese (“Sweepstakes”) begins on August 23rd, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on September 10th, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. (“Sweepstakes Period”).  The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of enter. Void where prohibited.  Employees of Brazi Bites (“Sponsor”), and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, including any vendors providing services in connection with this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sponsor Affiliates”), and employees, agents, directors, officers (including members of their immediate family – i.e., spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren – or same household) of Sponsor or any Sponsor Affiliates are not eligible to participate.

Limit: One (1) entry per person / email address / household, and one (1) bonus entry per person / email address / household.  

Illegible and incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected entries or entries not received regardless of cause. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned. Any questions shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by person who submit false or misleading entry information or who Sponsor determines to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes. 

By participating in the Sweepstakes, participant agrees to all of the terms and conditions of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at: brazibites.com/privacy-policy. All information submitted by you will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing any applicable contact information, you hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of your personal information. In the event of any discrepancy between Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules will control. 

PRIZE WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: After the close of the Sweepstakes Period, on or about September 13th, 2021 at 11:00 a.m., Sponsor will randomly draw one (1) potential winner out of all eligible entries received. Sponsor will notify the potential grand prize winners, using the email address, phone number of other contact information provided in the entry, on or about September 13th, 2021. Potential winners must respond to the notification email and provide all requested information, within 72 hours of the notification being sent or the potential prize will be forfeited.  To claim any prize, Sponsor may require winners to complete, sign, and return Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Release forms, and other applicable documents, which may require a social security number, postmarked within five (5) days of the time on the notification.

PRIZES:  

Grand Prizes: There will be one (1) winner. Each grand prize winner will receive 52 VIP coupons (good for free Brazi Bites Cheese Bread, Empanada, or Homestyle Breakfast Sandwich product, excludes Costco size) and an Insignia™ - Retro 3.1 cu. ft. Mini Fridge with Top Freezer. The approximate retail value of all grand prizes is $469.99.

Secondary Prizes: None.

Prizes are awarded “AS IS.”  Neither Sponsor nor Sponsor Affiliates make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize.  No manufacturer of any offered prize is associated with or sponsoring the Sweepstakes.  Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor's sole discretion.  Any gift cards awarded are subject to additional terms and conditions of the issuer. Federal, province, state, or local taxes on prizes, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of each winner.  If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely claim the prize, is disqualified, fails to timely execute and return any required forms, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected from other potential winners and/or by random draw from all remaining eligible entries.  

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use entrant’s name, likeness, prize information, city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration. 

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Sponsor Affiliates and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, prize partners, agents and agencies, and the officers, directors and employees of them (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable mail; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize.  Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees.  Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.  If, for any reason, an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another Sweepstakes entry, if it is possible.  If the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any prize offered herein.  In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth herein to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. Under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded. Decisions of Sponsor on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final.  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL MAKING ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

NO AFFILIATION: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or any other social networking platform connected to this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Social Networks”).  By participating, you release the Social Networks and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, from and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize.
