Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

We are Funko UK Ltd, a limited liability company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 10506769, with registered address at 4th floor, 1 Queen Caroline St, London W6 9YN ("Funko"). By taking part in the sweepstakes you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the sweepstakes. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering into the sweepstakes. We recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

1. This competition and all communications within are managed by Funko U.K. LTD and not Universal Pictures.

2. The prize draw is open to all U.K. and European Union residents aged 18 years or over, except Funko employees, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

3. All entries must be submitted as replies to the relevant social post from the relevant account: @FunkoEurope (Twitter), and only one entry per person/account is permitted.

4. To enter, entrants must follow the Twitter account @FunkoEurope and reply with the cloud emoji (☁️) in the comments.

5. Incomplete, late, illegal, racist, sexist, homophobic or otherwise offensive entries will be discounted, as will any entry that is found to have infringed the intellectual property rights of a third party. Entries must come from a non-private account to be eligible. You hereby give Funko and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use your copyright in your entry for promotion and marketing purposes.

6. The opening date for entries is 15:00 BST on 18.08.2022. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 BST on 21.08.2022. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

7.Funko accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

8. A winner will be chosen by random draw, supervised by an independent person, on 22.08.2022.

9. The winner will receive 1 (one) signed Nope movie poster and 1 (one) Jordan Peele Pop!, as shown on the accompanying photo.

10. The winner will be notified via Direct Message from the Twitter account @FunkoEurope, using details provided at entry, before 23.08.2022 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Funko within 48 hours of being notified by Funko, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Funko will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

11. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within thirty (30) days of being notified of their win.

12. The prize for the winner is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Funko reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value, or to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the sweepstakes without prior notice.

13. The decision of Funko regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

14. Funko will either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Funko will send the surname and county of prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails supportEMEA@funko.com or writes to us at 4th floor, 1 Queen Caroline St, London W6 9YN (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within6 months after the closing date stated in section 6. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Funko at supportEMEA@funko.com, however Funko must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Funko reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 

16. Funko reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the sweepstakes where it becomes necessary to do so.

17. Insofar as is permitted by law, Funko, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Funko, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. This does not affect your statutory rights.

18. Personal data supplied during the course of the sweepstakes will only be processed as set out in Funko's Privacy Policy (http://www.funkoeurope.com/pages/privacy-cookies-policy). See also section 10 with regard to the announcement of winners.

19. The Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions are incorporated by reference into Funko's general terms and conditions (https://www.funkoeurope.com/pages/terms-conditions). In the event of any conflict this Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions will take precedence.

20. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
