CONTEST RULES

Win a Thule Pulse Alpine roof box.

PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS : 

This contest is organized by Point S Canada. The contest starts on December 9th, 2025, and ends on December 16th, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). One winner will receive a Thule Pulse Alpine roof box only available in black matte, from among the eligible participants who have completed the online contest form. The draw will take place on December 17th, 2025.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the contest, an individual must:

• Have reached the age of majority according to the legislation of their province or territory of residence at the time of entering the contest.
• Not be an employee, agent, director, or representative of Point S Canada.
• Subscribe to the Point S Canada newsletter and consent to receive it at the provided email address in the form.
• Provide a valid email address.

REGISTRATION

To be eligible for the contest, an individual must have completed the online contest form and consented to receive the newsletter distributed by Point S Canada.

Anyone wishing to participate in the contest can do so without making a purchase by completing the online contest form.

OTHER CONDITIONS

The value of the prize is a Thule Pulse Alpine roof box valued at $799.95 CAD before taxes. The roof rack (Thule Wingbar Evo) will be added to the price based on the winner’s vehicle specifications.

The winner must confirm their email address and postal address to Point S Canada to have the prize delivered directly to their home.

Any additional service or accessory added is not eligible for the contest.

The prize is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. However, the winner is free to use the roof box as they wish and may give it to a third party if desired.

Point S disclaims any responsibility for any damages or repairs related to the roof box once it is handed over to the contest winner.

The winner will be chosen through a draw as follows:

Random draw of the winner's name from all eligible participants on January 3rd, 2025 at the Point S Canada headquarters located at 235 J.A. Bombardier Street, Boucherville, Quebec J4B 8P1.

The person whose name is drawn will be notified by email within five (5) business days following the draw. Once notified, they will have five (5) days to contact a contest representative, failing which they will forfeit their right to the prize. Point S Canada will conduct as many draws as necessary among eligible participants to award the prize.

Point S will promptly deliver the prize to the winner.

The contest may end at any time without prior notice.
