ST. KITTS SUMMER UNSCRIPTED SWEEPSTAKES
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ORGANIZER: The St. Kitts Summer Unscripted Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is organized by St. Kitts Tourism Authority, with its principal place of business at Pelican Mall, Basseterre, St. Kitts.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and the Caribbean who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, HAWAII, QUEBEC, IRELAND AND ANY OTHER JURISDICTIONS WITH RESTRICTIONS ON INTERNATIONAL SWEEPSTAKES PARTICIPATION.
Employees, agents, and representatives of the Organizer and Sponsor, including their immediate family members and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The entry period begins on June 5th 2025 and ends on August 5th 2025 at 11:59 PM AST (“Entry Period”). All qualifying entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period to be eligible to win.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must do the following:

EACH PARTICIPANT IS ALLOWED ONE (1) ENTRY ONLY.
Automated or robotic entries by participants will be disqualified. Any attempt by the participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, handles, registrations, logins or any other methods, will void the participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive an all-expense-paid trip for two (2) to St. Kitts, which consists of:
Limitations and Reservations on Grand Prize:
Travel: Travel must be taken between 7th August 2025 and 7th August 2026. Travel is subject to availability. Blackout dates from 15th December 2025 to 31st March 2026 apply. All bookings are subject to availability and must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Changes to travel dates, guest names, or other elements may not be permitted once booked.
Airfare: The maximum airfare value of the Grand Prize is $3,000.00 USD. Should a winner select a flight valued at less than $3,000.00 USD, there will be no remittance of money in cash or as a credit for the difference.
Food: Food & Beverage Experience package is limited to $200USD/day per person. Any expenses exceeding the daily limit are the sole responsibility of the guest(s). cap.
The following items are not included as part of the Grand Prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner:
The Grand Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. The Organizer reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if an element described in the Grand Prize is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason.
WINNER SELECTION:
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on August 7, 2025.
The winner will be notified via email at the email address provided in the entry form, seven (7) calendar days after the random drawing. The Organizer or its Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated with therewith, or the winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.
CLAIMING THE PRIZE:
The potential winner must respond and accept by email to the notification within three (3) business days to claim the Grand Prize. Failure to respond in the given timeframe may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will then be selected.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The selected winner and their designated travel companion must each possess all necessary and valid travel documentation required to travel to and from St. Kitts. Both the winner and the travel companion must have the legal capacity and unrestricted right to enter and exit St. Kitts, as well as any countries transited during travel. Individuals who are subject to travel bans, entry restrictions, outstanding warrants or other legal impediments that would prevent travel are ineligible to claim or participate in the Grand Prize trip. The Organizer is not responsible for any denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, or other travel issues resulting from the winner’s or companion’s failure to secure the necessary travel authorizations or comply with applicable immigration laws. No alternative prize, compensation, or substitution will be provided in such cases, and the prize may be forfeited.
The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or postpone the Sweepstake at any time, in whole or in part, with or without prior notice. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions.
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding in all respects.
PUBLICITY:
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to the use, reuse, copying, publishing, displaying, exhibiting, and reproduction of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
The Organizer, its Sponsor, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and shall not be held liable for, any inaccurate information, technical failures of any kind, human error, or any other error or malfunction which may occur in the connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries or the notification of winners. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrants (and their travel companion, where applicable) voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, litigation, loss or damage that may occur (including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death), directly or indirectly from participating in the Sweepstakes or the use or misuse of the Grand Prize.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any punitive, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the Sweepstakes or use of the Grand Prize. Participants (and their travel companion, where applicable) agree to waive all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
GOVERNING LAW:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Federation of Saint Christopher (St Kitts) and Nevis, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of St Kitts and Nevis.

Information provided by participants will be used in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy, which can be found at visitstkitts.com.
