By participating in these sweepstakes, each contestant unconditionally accepts and agrees by submitting an entry to comply with and abide by these rules and the decisions of Jack’s Family Restaurants, LP, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Jack’s reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry at any time in the event it is determined that the entrant has not complied with these rules. Also, by participating in these sweepstakes and submitting your email address, you will be signed up for Jack's delicious deals emails.
The submission period for the contest will run from 12/10/2018 through 12/18/2018.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, follow the instructions provided on the ‘Free Jack’s for a Year’ contest page and submit a completed entry form for one (1) entry. There is no cost to enter and no purchase necessary to win. All entries become the property of Jack’s Family Restaurants, LP, and will not be returned.
Jack’s has the right to disqualify any entry at any time.
LIMIT: One (1) entry form may be submitted per person throughout the entire Sweepstakes Contest period.
ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be 19 years of age or older. Entrants must live in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi or Tennessee at the time the winner is chosen. Employees and all media affiliates of Jack’s are not eligible. Only complete entries will be eligible to win.
PRIZES AND WINNER DRAWING/NOTIFICATION
The contest will run from 12/10/2018 through 12/18/2018. There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner randomly selected. Grand Prize winner will be notified via e-mail to claim prize no later than 12/19/2018. If winner has not claimed the prize within 48 hours, another winner can be chosen.
FREE JACK'S FOR A YEAR GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize will consist of 52 breakfast courtesy cards and 52 lunch/dinner courtesy cards, as chosen by Jack’s. Courtesy cards can be used at any Jack’s location. Prizes may not be substituted or transferred by any contest/sweepstakes winner and a winner may not receive cash redemption equal to the value of the prize in lieu of the prize. If the ‘Free Jack’s for a Year’ winner elects to use only a portion of the prize awarded, no additional compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof. ARV: $420. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Jack’s Family Restaurants, LP, or any of its partners will not be responsible for the replacement of any lost, stolen or damaged prizes or any aspects of the Grand Prize. Must be picked up from the Bessemer location.
ANOTHER METHOD OF ENTRY: Mail a 3x5” index card (legibly handwritten), including first and last name, address, city, and state where you reside, ZIP code, e-mail address, phone number and date of birth.
