("Sponsor") FRY’S FOOD STORES “FRESHEST PIT CREW COMPETITION” SWEEPSTAKES (“Contest and/or
Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years old at time of entry and are residents of the State of Arizona within the United States. Employees of FRY’S FOOD STORES, CAMPFIRE VENTURES, LLC (“Administrator"), and their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotional agencies (together “Contest Parties”), and each of their immediate family members (parents, siblings, children and spouse, wherever they reside) are not eligible. Groups, clubs, organizations, commercial entities, and businesses are not eligible to participate. Contest/Sweepstakes is void where legally restricted or prohibited. Primary entrant must meet the aforementioned eligibility requirements. Participants, including minors, may be eligible to participate in the “Group Competition” portion of the experience pending the signature of a liability and publicity release by a legal guardian.
Entries into the Contest/Sweepstakes may be made during the Contest period defined as beginning Wednesday, February 28th, 2024 at 12:00 A.M. MST and concluding on Wednesday, March 6th, 2024 at 11:59 P.M. MST. Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the contest/sweepstakes.
Eligible participants (“Entrants”) can enter the Contest by visiting http://www.fryssweepstakes.com directly or through a link posted on participating influencers' social media accounts and/or by scanning a QR code on printed material found at select Fry’s Food Stores locations. To be entered into the Contest, Entrants must complete the entry form on the Contest landing page. Entrants who successfully complete the entry form on the Contest landing page will be entered into the Contest to win one prize consisting of:
(3) Three group selections, three individual group winners (Groups defined as 2-4 persons) to be invited to participate in the “Fry’s Freshest Pit Crew Competition” event being held on Friday, March 8th from 3pm-6pm at the Fry’s Food Store location at 13730 W. Camelback Road, Litchfield Park, AZ. To claim this prize the group (2-4 persons) must attend and participate in the in-person event. If the selected group is unable to attend and participate during the event timeframe, the selection is forfeited, and an alternate group winner will be selected.
(1) One Grand Prize package, consisting of (4) VIP Race Tickets for the Phoenix Raceway events on March 9th and 10th, 2024, (1) One $1,000 Fry’s Gift Card, and (1) One Fry’s Product Showcase Basket ($250 Value) Grand prize package to be awarded to the winning group (out of the 5 selected groups) as selected by the assigned Kroger/Fry’s Food Stores representative. Selection judge is anticipated to be Ricky Stenhouse Jr. but judge duties may be reassigned as necessary due to schedule adjustments by the team.
(3) Three “Freshest Pit Crew” Selection Packages, consisting of (1) one, $250 Fry’s gift card, and 1 (one) Fry’s Product Showcase basket ($250 value). Five individual group winners.
(5) Five – Fry’s Boost Grocery Delivery – Subscription Gift Cards - $99 value, 5 individual winners.

Entrants may enter once per email address during the Contest period.
Sponsor, Contest Parties, are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof.
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. ANYONE INTENTIONALLY OR ATTEMPTING TO UNLAWFULLY MANIPULATE, CAUSE ANY INTERFERENCE WITH OR INTERRUPTION TO THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION WILL FORFEIT ANY PRIZE WINNINGS FROM THE CONTEST.
Odds of winning will be based on the number of eligible entries.
There will be three (3) “group selection” contest winners who will be drawn throughout the Contest Period and upon conclusion.
There will be five (5) Fry’s Boost Grocery Delivery gift card winners and Two (2) $250 Fry’s gift card winners for a total of seven (7) winners that will be selected after the conclusion of the Contest Period.
Throughout the duration of the Contest period eligible group entries will be reviewed for eligibility and selected by representatives of the Contest Administrator. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone. Two attempts will be made for contact and notification of Group Selection before the prize is considered forfeited and an alternate winner is selected. Selected winners must be available and willing to participate in the “Fry’s Freshest Pit Crew Competition” event being held on Friday, March 8th from 3pm-6pm at the Fry’s Food Store location at 13730 W. Camelback Road, Litchfield Park, AZ. To claim this prize the group (2-4 persons) must attend and participate in the in-person event. In the event that the selected group is unable to attend and participate during the event timeframe, the selection is forfeited, and an alternate group winner will be selected.
At the conclusion of the Contest period winners of the Boost Grocery Delivery and $250 Fry’s Gift Card prizes will be selected randomly from eligible entries received. The selection of the winners is final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone by:
If a Contest winner does not respond indicating their intention to redeem the Contest prize by Sunday, March 10th, 2024 at 11:59 A.M. MST, that Contest winner’s prize will be forfeited.
The receipt of a prize(s) is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Contest Winners will be required to sign and return to the Administrator, within 48 hours of the date notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited) in order to claim their prize. In regards to the “Group Selection” winners, each participating member of the group must sign an Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release form. Participants, including minors, may be eligible to participate in the “Group Competition” portion of the experience pending the signature of a liability and publicity release by a legal guardian.
If the winners fail to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release within the required time period (if applicable), the selected winner(s) shall forfeit the prize(s). FRY’S FOOD STORES, Contest Administrator are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected prize claim documents.
The winners are subject to verification by Administrator and FRY’S FOOD STORES THE CONTEST
ADMINISTRATOR’S AND FRY’S FOOD STORES DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE CONTEST. Entrants are not winners of any prize unless and until entrants’ eligibility has been verified and entrants have been notified that verification is complete. Any entry that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective entry and is void and will not be honored.

-Three (3) “Freshest Pit Crew” Selection Packages, consisting of (1) one, $250 Fry’s gift card, and 1 (one) Fry’s Product Showcase basket ($250 value). Three individual winners, winner is defined as the initial individual that entered the sweepstakes on behalf of their group.
-Five (5) $99 Fry’s Boost Subscription Gift Cards, five individual winners

TOTAL ESTIMATED VALUE OF CONTEST PRIZES: $4,745 USD
The Prize winner is solely responsible for all costs, expenses, taxes, and tax reporting to appropriate taxing authorities related to the prize not specified in these Official Rules. Prize may not be transferred, assigned, redeemed for cash or substituted, except that FRY’S FOOD STORES or Administrator may substitute any prize component with a prize component of equal or greater value should the stated prize become unavailable for any reason. Only the prize(s) listed above will be awarded.
By receipt of prize, winner agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless FRY’S FOOD STORES, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, members, managers, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any risk, loss, injury, damage, harm, claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, illness, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit and Release document to this effect at the time of receipt of prize.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner's consent to allow FRY’S FOOD STORES, Administrator, and their agents to have unlimited use and right to use winner's posted content, name, likeness, photograph, video, voice, statements or testimonials, and/or city and state of origin for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. Contest winner will execute an Affidavit and Release to this effect prior to receiving any prize.
Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, or like methods (including such methods provided or enabled by third parties) to participate in the Contest will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and result in disqualification of participant utilizing same. If, for any reason, the Contest (in whole or in part) in the sole opinion of Administrator is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, service or technical outages, or any other causes which Sponsor in its sole opinion deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and/or proceed with the Contest (including the awarding of prizes) in a manner deemed by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules.
Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest or announcement of the prizes. Taxes and tax reporting to appropriate taxing authorities on any prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Participants agree that FRY’S FOOD STORES, Administrator, and reward and prize suppliers, and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and Contest agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively "Releasees") shall have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be indemnified, defended and held harmless by participants and winners against, any liability for any risk, loss, injury, death, damage, harm, claim or cause of action (whether due to negligence or otherwise), including, without limitation, copyright, intellectual property rights or publicity rights infringement or misappropriation, of any kind to person(s) or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Contest or redemption of any Contest prize. In no event
will Releasees be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or otherwise. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW
LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS.
Releasees are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or misposted entries; or for any computer, programming, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, errors, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website/use net accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, or any technical error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of registration information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information.
Winners will be required to execute a separate Release of Liability document at the time of receipt of prize.
Except where prohibited, participants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by an action in state or federal court located in the appropriate courts in Maricopa County in the state of Arizona and expressly agree and consent to the subject matter and personal jurisdiction of such courts; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Contest but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of participant and/or FRY’S FOOD STORES and/or Administrator in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Arizona without regard to conflict of law principles.
