GEAR UP AND CAMP 2019 SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. By entering the drawing, you agree to these rules.

When you properly complete and submit an entry form between 12:00am CT on April 8, 2019 and 11:59pm CT on April 30, 2019, you will receive one entry into a drawing for the following prizes: (i) one 1st prize (a $1300 value) consisting of a Thousand Trails Camping Pass ($585 value, if you are not currently a member or a $585 dues credit if you are a member, terms below); a Moosejaw e-giftcard (a $600 value), one $100 gas card, and one Thousand Trails camping pack (travel mug, camping mug, backpack, s’mores kit, and pennant flag, a $50 value), (ii) two 2nd prizes (each a $230 value) consisting of 2-nights of complimentary camping for two adults in your own RV or tent on a standard RV or tent site at a participating Encore or Thousand Trails RV location (restrictions below), Thousand Trails camping pack (travel mug, camping mug, backpack, s’mores kit, and pennant flag, a $50 value), and one $50 prepaid American Express gift card. The first prize winner and two second prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing winners will be held at our corporate office on or about May 3, 2019. The winners will be notified by email after the drawing. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries, but are not expected to exceed 1:9,000 for the first prize and 2:9,000 for the second prizes.

The Thousand Trails Camping Pass includes use of the Thousand Trails campgrounds in one zone, for one year. Usage is subject to length of stay restrictions.  The winner must sign a Thousand Trails Camping Pass Agreement.

Each winner is responsible for federal and state taxes on the prize. The drawing is limited to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Due to legal restrictions, residents of AZ, FL and NV are not eligible to participate in this promotion. In addition, employees of Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Limit one entry per person/email address. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason.

The two nights of complementary camping in a standard RV or tent site are based on availability, reservations are required, and the stay must be completed by December 23, 2019. Holidays and special events are excluded. The following resorts are excluded from the promotion: Fiesta Key RV Resort, Sunshine Key RV Resort, Bethpage RV Resort, Grey’s Point RV Resort, San Francisco RV Resort, St. George RV Resort, Desert Vista RV Resort, Indian Lakes RV Resort, Little Diamond RV Resort and Grandy Creek RV Resort, Pine Island RV Resort, King Nummy Campground, Timber Creek Campground.

Except where prohibited by law, a potential winner must complete, sign and return to the Sponsor, within two business days, a Winner's Affidavit and Release in the form presented by the Sponsor. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Winner's Affidavit and Release within the required time period, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the potential winner will not receive any prize and an alternate winner will be chosen. Except where prohibited by law, the name and likenesses of each winner may be used by the Sponsor for promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.

This advertising is being used for the purpose of soliciting sales of resort campground memberships. This document has been filed with the Department of Licensing, State of Washington, as required by Washington law.
