NetBio Cytoscape Visualization Competition

We invite you to submit your stunning network visualizations created with Cytoscape - whether they represent real scientific data (e.g., a recent figure from your research) or imaginative artistic creations. From communicating complex biology to exploring creative network art, we want to showcase your work!

Entries will be showcased during the NetBio track at ISMB/ECCB 2025 in Liverpool and may be featured on our website and in future promotional materials, with credit to the creators. Top submissions will receive prizes! While attendance is not required, those present will have the opportunity to receive their prize in person.
