The weather!

Lanzarote enjoys warmer climates than the UK all year round, but the conditions in winter are ideal for running. Temperatures average 15°C - 21°C throughout the winter months and the island enjoys considerably less rain. The warmer conditions are perfect for creating a positive mindset and relaxing on your holiday. The conditions are also ideal for runners as the warmer temperature reduces the risk of muscle injuries that are all too common when running in the UK.

The facilities
