When you properly complete and submit an Entry (hereinafter defined) between 12:01 am on June 5, 2023, and 11:59 pm on June 25, 2023 (the “Promotional Period”), you will receive one entry into a drawing for the following prizes: (i) one Nomadix Stripes Festival Blanket (valued at $69); (ii) one Igloo ECOCOOL cooler (valued at $79); (iii) a 3-night stay at the tiny house village of your choice (valued at $600).The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received. The drawing will be held on or about June 26, 2023 at our corporate office. You do not need to be present to win. 

  

The winner of the drawing will be chosen on the day of drawing and will be notified by email. The Sponsor (hereinafter defined) reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries but are not expected to exceed 1:10,000. Sponsor reserves the right to reject or disqualify any Entry which Sponsor, at its sole discretion, determines to be inconsistent with the letter or spirit of the Official Rules or potentially damaging to its, the Sweepstakes’, or another’s image or reputation. 

  

To submit an Entry, visit the Petite Retreats Facebook page @PetiteRetreats1 and submit your information through Woobox any time during the Promotional Period. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an Entry is “received” when you submit your information through Woobox. Entries are limited to one entry per person/email address. 

  

The Sweepstakes is limited to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years or older, except for residents of AZ, FL, and NV. Employees of MHC Property Management, L.P. and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason. For the name, city and state of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. The winner is responsible for federal and state taxes on the prize.   

  

Except where prohibited by law, a potential winner must complete, sign and return to the Sponsor, within five business days, a Winner's Affidavit and Release in the form presented by the Sponsor. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Winner's Affidavit and Release within the required time period, or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the potential winner will not receive any prize and an alternate winner will be chosen. Except where prohibited by law, the name and likenesses of each winner may be used by the Sponsor for promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner.
