CURACAO'S NINTENDO SWITCH 2 FOLLOWER GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:
Curacao's Nintendo Switch 2 Follower Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") begins on or about May 20, 2026, at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on June 30, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the "Promotion Period"). Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Curacao, 1605 W. Olympic Blvd. Suite 600, Los Angeles, CA 90015 ("Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects. All interpretations of these Official Rules by Sponsor shall be final.
ELIGIBILITY:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside in California, Arizona, or Nevada. Sponsor and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, and employees (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), and the immediate family members (defined as spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and/or persons living in the same household of each (whether legally related or not), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
Once a potential winner is selected, they will be contacted via the method of entry to provide their full name and phone number. One entry per person is allowed, regardless of method of entry. All requested information must be submitted to Curacao within forty-eight (48) hours of being contacted to remain eligible to win; failure to do so will result in disqualification. Except as described in these Official Rules, personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used and shared by Sponsor and its marketing affiliates or Promotion Entities for marketing purposes. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions will be disqualified.
All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. In the event a dispute arises regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry, the entry may be deemed ineligible in Sponsor's sole discretion. Promotion Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate entry information caused by entrants or by any of the equipment, programming, or technical issues associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any human or technical error that may occur in the processing of entries.
The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, including but not limited to technical malfunction of any network, computer equipment, software, telephone line, system, server, or provider, or any other technical or human error of any kind. Limit one (1) entry per person for the Sweepstakes, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries from the same person will be void.
HOW TO ENTER:
Eligible participants can enter the Sweepstakes through one of the following methods:
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by following Curacao on Instagram or TikTok (or already being a follower) and remaining a follower through the winner selection period. Eligible followers will be entered automatically into the drawing; no comment or additional action is required. Only accounts that are active followers of Curacao on Instagram or TikTok during the Promotion Period will qualify.
Participants must remain followers of Curacao through the winner selection period. All social media entries must be valid as of 11:59:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2026, to be considered.
To enter the Sweepstakes without using social media, eligible entrants may handwrite their full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3"x5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

AMOE entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2026, and received by July 7, 2026. Limit one entry per person via AMOE. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.
All entries must be in the name of a single individual person. Any attempt to obtain more than the allowed number of entries, including through multiple accounts, identities, email addresses, social profiles, or other means, may result in disqualification of all entries from that individual.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
At the end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor or its sweepstakes management agent will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Social media entries from eligible Instagram and TikTok followers, along with AMOE submissions, will be aggregated into one combined entry pool for random selection.
There will be one (1) winner selected, corresponding to the one prize available. The winner will be chosen through a single random drawing.
Each eligible follower or AMOE submission receives one (1) entry in the drawing.
The potential winner will be notified by Sponsor via a direct message through Instagram or TikTok, or by contacting AMOE entrants via the email or phone number provided. Notification will occur on or around July 10, 2026.
Promotion Entities shall not be liable for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, delayed, misdirected, or not received by a potential winner for any reason, including but not limited to privacy settings, spam filters, account access issues, platform outages, blocked users, inactive accounts, or technical errors of any kind.
If a potential winner fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first attempted notification, if the prize notification is undeliverable, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or noncompliant with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize. In such case, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner selected randomly from the remaining eligible entries.

The prize may be collected in any of the following ways: picked up at the winner's nearest Curacao retail location, picked up at Sponsor's corporate office at 1605 W. Olympic Blvd. Suite 600, Los Angeles, CA 90015, or shipped to the winner at no cost if the winner does not reside within reasonable proximity of a Curacao retail location or the corporate office. The method of prize collection will be determined at the time of winner notification.
The prize consists solely of the item described above. No additional services, accessories, warranty, assembly, installation, or related costs are included. All expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize, not explicitly stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The prize is awarded "AS IS." Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding any prize, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Sponsor assumes no liability for delays, damages, defects, loss, or issues involving shipment, delivery, or condition of any prize.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason, including unavailability. The winner is solely responsible for federal, state, and local taxes and for any reporting obligations associated with receiving a prize.
The winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the timeframe provided by Sponsor. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize.
As a condition of prize acceptance, the winner is encouraged to create and share a short video on their social media accounts acknowledging that they won the prize by following Curacao on Instagram or TikTok. While not strictly required for prize receipt, Sponsor kindly requests that the winner tag @icuracao_usa on Instagram or @curacaousa on TikTok in any such post to help our community celebrate the win.
As a further condition of prize acceptance, the winner agrees to participate in a video recording of the prize award or delivery and grants Sponsor and its designees a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such video footage, along with the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, biographical information, and city/state of residence, for advertising, promotional, commercial, and social media purposes worldwide, including but not limited to paid advertisements, in all forms of media now known or later developed, without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, biographical information, and city/state of residence for advertising, promotional, and other commercial purposes worldwide, in all forms of media, now known or later developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
Entrants agree that Promotion Entities: (A) shall not be responsible or liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including without limitation personal injury, death, or property damage; and (B) have not made any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, regarding any prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition, or fitness.
Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to an entrant's device or computer system resulting from accessing the Sweepstakes materials.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Promotion Entities are not responsible for:
Lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged, or stolen entries or mail;
Failed, interrupted, inaccessible, or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections;
Miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions;
Technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, whether originating with entrants, Sponsor, or third parties;
Technical or human errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries;
Unauthorized access to or alteration of entries;
Data corruption, theft, destruction, or system defects;
Any printing, typographical, programming, or mechanical errors.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, acting in violation of these Official Rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempting to undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No automated, robotic, programmed, or software-generated entries are allowed. Sponsor may modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or if a virus, bug, or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupts or affects administration, security, or fairness.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated prior to the scheduled end date, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event causing termination. Inclusion in such a drawing is each entrant's sole remedy.
If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION
All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to choice-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Los Angeles County, California.
