Face of OXY 2018 Competition (‘Competition’)

Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the Competition, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. In order to be eligible to enter the Competition, you:
   • must acknowledge that you accept these terms and conditions and tick the terms and conditions box;
   • must be 18 years old or older;
   • must be a citizen of the Republic of South Africa;
   • must reside in the Republic of South Africa;
   • must submit an online entry to https://woobox.com/bg437w
   • acknowledge that entry into the Competition is taken entirely at your own risk and by entering this competition you agree to accept further communication from Clicks Retailers (Pty) Ltd (‘Clicks’) and Mentholated SA (Pty) Ltd (‘OXY’) regarding aspects related to the Competition’s prizes;
   • must be prepared, and hereby grants consent, to appear on Clicks and OXY promotional platforms which may include television, the internet, posters, leaflets, radio and on and/or within a Clicks ClubCard magazine as well as on the Clicks and OXY Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages (if applicable);
   • acknowledge that all images submitted as entries into the Competition will remain the property of Clicks and OXY. Images may be used commercially and distributed, without credit or payment, across digital and print platforms;
   • acknowledge that should you not be contacted by either a Clicks or OXY representative by 19 July 2018 that your entry was unsuccessful.

3. All participants who meet the eligibility requirements set out above will be automatically entered into the Competition.

4. In order to enter into the Competition, you must submit a selfie of themselves and describe, in 50 words or less, what gives you confidence in everyday life and use the hastag #FaceofOxy.

5. The following persons and entities are not eligible to participate in the Competition:
   • directors, members, partners, employees, agents of or consultants to Clicks and OXY, its subsidiaries, divisions and/or associated companies or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Clicks or OXY, and their spouses, life partners, immediate family members and business partners; and
   • directors, members, partners, employees, agents of or consultants to the advertising and promotion agencies of Clicks or OXY and their spouses, life partners, immediate family members and business partners.

6. Process, timelines and prizes
   • The competition commences on 03 July 2018 at 10h00 and closes on 15 July 2018 at 00h00.
   • A panel of OXY judges will consider and select 3 male and 3 female finalists.
   • The OXY Facebook community will have 1 week to vote for their favourite male and female finalist. The voting process will close on 26 July 2018.
   • The male and female with the highest number of votes will be declared the winners and will be contacted by OXY. If a winner is not reached within 10 days the respective prize will go to the male or female to receive the second highest number of votes.
   • The winning male and female will be announced by OXY on 30^th July 2018 on https://www.facebook.com/oxyRSA/.
   • Each winning male and female winner will receive a cash prize of R10 000 and a hamper of OXY products worth R500.
   • The prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other item.

7. Unless the winners specifically states otherwise, each winner agrees to be featured in all promotional activity and hereby consents to Clicks and OXY using her name, images and/or voice in any promotional material. No compensation will be payable for such use. The winners will have the right to withdraw his or her consent for the use of her name, images and/or voice prior to publication in any promotional material.

8. A copy of these terms and conditions will be available on https://woobox.com/bg437w from 03 July 2018 until 15 July 2018.

9. By participating in the Competition, you agree that neither Clicks or OXY, nor any of their respective advertising agencies, will be liable for any losses, damages, costs or claims in connection with the Competition or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

10. Clicks and OXY reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Competition, as well as these rules for reasons beyond its control. Clicks and OXY and its services providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online services or for any other error.
