CONTEST RULES – FOR THE LOVE OF VEGAS VIDEO SERIES SWEEPSTAKES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase of any kind will not increase the chances of winning. This Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside the United States, in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
2. ELIGIBILITY: All individuals who are legal U.S. residents who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry are eligible to enter the Contest. All participants must:
(1) Watch the video released during the corresponding video series chapter to see the trivia question
(2) Submit their answer to the trivia question for that video series period along with a valid email address and the corresponding chapter title
(3) Read and agree to the terms and conditions online. Employees, representatives and agents of SAHARA Las Vegas their respective subsidiaries and/or affiliates, members of their households (whether related or not) and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) are not eligible. All entries meeting the above requirements are an eligible entry (“Eligible Entry”).
Additional entries may be earned after entering the Contest and sharing the Contest link. Bonus entries may be earned by sharing the individual participant link provided after submitting the trivia answer. Twenty-five (25) entries will be awarded to the individual sharing the link for each additional user that enters the contest from the shared link.
3. ENTRY PERIOD: The Contest will begin at 9:00:00 am Pacific Daylight Time ("PDT") on September 25, 2019 and will end at 11:59:00 pm PDT on October 20, 2019 (the "Contest Period").

4. PRIZES/ODDS: Each of the four video releases will have one (1) eligible Video Release Prize Package winner and one (1) Grand Prize Package winner based on viewing all four videos. A max of three (3) names will be selected to determine each winner. Each name selected will have twenty-four (24) hours from the time of contact. Winner(s) will be contacted on the following selection dates:

Prize packages are valid for redemption through April 30, 2020. Two (2) week advance notice required to book.
There will also be up to five additional SAHARA Las Vegas gift item winner(s) for each drawing selected at random from entrants that submit answers to the trivia questions. Gift Prizes must be redeemed at the Club 52 desk at SAHARA Las Vegas. Club 52 hours are 10am – 10pm, Sunday – Thursday and 10am – Midnight, Friday and Saturday.
Participation in this Contest constitutes Club 52 member’s agreement to abide by the Official Rules of Club 52 and the decisions of SAHARA Las Vegas. All winners must be Club 52 members to redeem prizes. Enrollment in Club 52 is free with a valid photo ID. All winners participating in Casino specific giveaways, promotions and Free Slot Play must comply with all Nevada Gaming Regulations. Free Slot Play will expire seven (7) days from the date and time of issuance. Free Slot Play may be used in multiple sittings. Free Slot Play is non‐transferable, has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Winnings from Free Slot Play are redeemable for cash. Dining credits are redeemable at any SAHARA Las Vegas restaurant outlet. Dining credits are not valid on holidays or peak days.
All gaming offers are currently offered though Club 52 as a part of SLS Las Vegas Casino. SLS Las Vegas Casino will soon become SAHARA Las Vegas. All Club 52 offers extended by SLS Las Vegas Casino will also be valid at SAHARA Las Vegas. This offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. SLS Las Vegas management reserves the right to change, cancel, or modify this offer and/or format at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any Entrant that has been trespassed, excluded or barred from SLS Las Vegas will be disqualified from this Contest and prizes in connection with the Contest shall be forfeited. Prizes must be accepted as awarded with no substitution. Prize are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, or gratuity in whole or in part. Actual odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. HOW TO ENTER AND WIN: Participants enter by watching the videos in the For the Love of Vegas Video Series Sweepstakes, finding the trivia questions in each video, and submitting the answers through the official entry form found on ForTheLoveOfVegas.com or in the video for each chapter – no purchase necessary. By entering this Contest, you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations. All entries become the exclusive property of SAHARA Las Vegas and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and such senders. Incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect entries are void. No other form of entry will be accepted. Any person who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities, or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times in violation of the preceding entry limitation will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, or like (online) entry methods will void all such entries by such methods and result in disqualification of any entrant using such methods.
6. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) SAHARA suite getaway winner plus up to five (5) SAHARA gift prize winners will be selected for each video chapter period, for a total of six (6) winners per video chapter period. One (1) grand prize winner will be selected at the end of the video series sweepstakes period. Winners will be selected at random and messaged via e-mail to claim their winnings. Winners will be chosen by representatives of SAHARA Las Vegas at random. The selection decisions are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Contest.
7. NOTIFICATION: The selected Entrant will be contacted directly via e-mail at the end of each video chapter period for the SAHARA suite getaway and the SAHARA gift prizes. The selected Entrant will be contacted directly via e-mail at the end of the sweepstakes period for the grand prize. If the selected Entrant does not respond within 24 hours of transmission, or if the selected Entrant does not comply with the Contest Rules and Regulations, those Entrants forfeit any right to the Prize. The Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. In a dispute, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address on the submission form will be declared the winner of online entry. The selected Entrant may be requested to provide SAHARA Las Vegas with proof that he/she are the authorized account holders of the e-mail address associated with the winning entries and will be required to furnish proof of eligibility (including, without limitation, proof of residency, and age) as a condition of receiving a Prize.
8. SAHARA Las Vegas is not responsible for failure for any reason whatsoever of selected Entrant to receive notification. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Prize will be handled by SAHARA Las Vegas. SAHARA Las Vegas reserves the right in their sole discretion to substitute any and all part of the Prize with a Prize of comparable value.
9. In order to be eligible to win the Prize, the selected Entrant must authorize SAHARA Las Vegas to announce and publish his/her name, location, in any publicity.
10. SAHARA Las Vegas is not responsible for any injury or damage to Entrants’ or any other person’s computer system, property or anything stored on or related thereto as a result of participation in, or connection with, this Contest and Entrants hereby release SAHARA Las Vegas from all liability in connection with the Contest and any Prize won. The selected Entrant must, in order to be eligible to win the Prize, sign a discharge of liability form acknowledging non-responsibility of SAHARA Las Vegas in respect to injuries, accidents, loss, or misfortune relating to the drawing and/or the awarding of the Prize. Failure to comply with all the Contest rules or to sign and return any of the release forms will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Any Entrant that has been trespassed, excluded or barred from SAHARA Las Vegas will be disqualified from this Contest and prizes in connection with the Contest shall be forfeited. A selected entrant will be declared a winner only after meeting all of the above terms and conditions.
11. SAHARA Las Vegas is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission or unauthorized access to or alterations of entries, or for technical, equipment, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunction or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry by SAHARA Las Vegas, even if it affects ability to enter the Contest. SAHARA Las Vegas is also not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, destroyed or illegible entries. All submissions become the property of SAHARA Las Vegas and will not be returned.
12. The decisions of SAHARA Las Vegas for selecting the winners will be final and binding on all Entrants. By entering, entrants agree that they have read, understood and agree to these Contest Terms and Conditions and release SAHARA Las Vegas from all liability in connection with the Contest and/or any Prize. Prizes are subject to all applicable Federal, State and Municipal taxes which are the responsibility of each winner.
13. SAHARA Las Vegas reserves the right to amend or terminate all or any portion of this Contest at any time without prior notification. SAHARA Las Vegas reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of non-availability of the Prize for any reason. Void where prohibited.

15. GOVERNING LAW: This Contest shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA (without regard to principles of conflict of laws), with venue and jurisdiction Las Vegas and all claims must be resolved in the courts located in Las Vegas, except as required by law.
