Your email will be used to provide you with a link to the discounted subscription and to contact you about your submission and other products, services, and events in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note that we NEVER share your email address with 3rd parties.

You are voluntarily submitting a video (the “Video”) taken or created or owned by you to National Wildlife Federation (“NWF”) and associated entities for the use in connection with the NWF Talk to Ranger Rick program (“the Program”).  By submitting the video to NWF, either through the form or by using the #TalkToRangerRick on social media, you certify that you are the parent or guardian of the child(ren) shown in the Video and consent to our use of the video as detailed below. 

For purposes that support the Program, you give NWF a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use, publish, reproduce, modify, crop, and distribute your Video solely in connection with the Program.  You also grant NWF permission to use the name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and/or work of the child(ren) shown in the Video for public viewing, including on any NWF web site, social media account or video platform, including YouTube and Vimeo. 

Your agreement to the terms of this Agreement is your free and voluntary act and deed, and you acknowledge that this release shall be binding upon you and your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.  You have the right and ability to enter into this Agreement, and to grant the rights and furnish all Video submitted by you pursuant to this Agreement.  You are eighteen years of age or older, and, if acting on behalf of a minor, have every right to contract for the minor in the above regard.
