Terms and Conditions

1. Holiday cannot be taken on departures including 23^rd/ 24^th and 30^th/ 31^st December, 12^th Feb and 2^nd April.
2. Holiday is to be taken during the 16/17 season.
3. Any additional passengers will be charged the current selling price at the time of booking.
4. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability.
5. Early booking is recommended.
6. Prize not redeemable at the Chalet Hotel L’Ecrin or Chalet Loden.
7. Daytime childcare is chargeable from age of 4 months – 12 years.
8. Childcare at the Chalet Hotel Aiguille Percee starts from 12 months old.
9. Chalet Hotels Moris, Rosanna and Cristallo are adult only properties except for peak dates. During peak they will accept children aged 7+ but childcare is not available.
