Nominations are open for WIC's Inaugural NextGen Award 2023

 This award is open to female ACT region tertiary students who are completing their first year of study in an ICT, digital related STEM field.

Nominations close on 20 October 2023 and awards will be presented at the WIC Annual Dinner Debate on 17 November 2023.

WIC's inaugural NextGen award seeks to support a woman through her ICT, Digital related STEM tertiary studies. The winner of the NextGen Award will receive a scholarship.

Awards will be presented at the WIC Dinner Debate on 17 November 2023, shortlisted students will be invited to attend the dinner.

The NextGen Award is available to young women who meet the following criteria:

• they are currently in/finishing their first year of ICT, digital related STEM university studies.
• Have demonstrated a strong academic record throughout their first year of study.
• they are intending to build a career in the ICT or a related digital technology industry.
