This Giveaway Event – 2024 ASUS Design You Can Feel (“Giveaway Event”) is hosted by ASUSTeK Computer Inc. (“ASUS”). 

1.Detailed information regarding how to participate and win prizes in connection with this specific Giveaway Event, along with ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitutes part of this Giveaway Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Eligible Entrant (as defined below) participation in this Giveaway Event is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules at any time. Eligible Entrant shall be bound by any such revisions.

2.The Giveaway Event commences on September 18th, 2024, 00:00 (UTC+8) and ends on September 25th, 2024, at 07:00 (UTC+8) ("Giveaway Period"). It is available worldwide, excluding Russia, Belarus, Italy, and those regions and territories where (i) participation or receipt of prizes in giveaways is prohibited, (ii) additional processes (such as registration and reporting) are required for holding giveaways or providing prizes that exceed a certain value, (iii) are currently in a state of war, or (v) are places where the Prize (as defined below) cannot be delivered (“Giveaway Territory”).

3.Qualification of an Eligible Entrant:

This Giveaway Event is open to at least 20 years old and considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in Giveaway Territory.

Employees of ASUS, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives, agencies, those involved in the Giveaway Event, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE for this Giveaway Event.

4.Giveaway Event details:

A.  Actions Required: Eligible Entrants must complete the following actions to be qualified to join the lucky draw (“Valid Entry”) and have a chance to win the Prize:

i.       Follow @asus Instagram (Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/asus/)

ii.      Like @asus giveaway post on Instagram (will be published on September 18th, 2024, 00:00 (UTC+8)

iii.    Comment with their favorite image from our 2024 London Design Festival booth that represents “Design You Can Feel”

iv.    Tag 2 friends

v.      Add hashtags #DesignYouCanFeel #Ceraluminum #ASUS

vi.    Deadline of the submission will be September 25, 2024 at 07:00 (UTC+8)

*The more comments an Eligible Entrant submits, the greater their chances of winning a Prize. However, each Eligible Entrant is only eligible to win one (1) Prize.

B.  There will be six (6) Prize winners randomly selected from all Valid Entries  received for the Giveaway Event on the ASUS Instagram account designated above. ASUS will announce the Prize winners on its ASUS Global Instagram, ASUS Global Facebook, and ASUS Global Twitter page on October 4, 2024 (“Announcement Date”).

C. ASUS reserves the right to disqualify entries which are (a) incomplete, (b) suspected of being false or answered in bad faith, (c) illegible, (d) contain sexual content or are otherwise offensive or objectionable; or (e) not in compliance with these Official RulesOne (1) Prize winner will receive one (1) ASUS Zenbook S 16 with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY NINE US dollars ($1,699 USD).

Five (5) other Prize winner, each winner will receive a prize ASUS Gift with a retail value of approximately 50 USD (“Prize”).

D. Prizes are non- transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash or substituted for any other item, model, or color. The value of Prizes varies depending on region and inventory supply, while the value of products varies depending on country/region and retail channels. ASUS reserves the right to offer an alternative of equal value.

E.  Winners shall inform ASUS of their contact information by email (global_socialmedia@asus.com) within 7 days after the Announcement Date. Failure of a Winner to provide their contact information to ASUS within this period will be deemed a waiver of the right to claim the awarded Prize. ASUS, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to conduct a redraw to select a substitute winner.

F.  Winners must provide their full name, physical address, and phone number to receive the Prize. This information will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the Prizes to the Winners. Winners guarantee that all information provided is accurate and truthful. ASUS reserves the right to reject winning claims if the provided information is incomplete or incorrect.  

G. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase is necessary to participate in the Giveaway Event. A purchase will not improve any Eligible Entrant’s chances of winning.

H. NO WARRANTIES. Prize winner(s) understands and agrees that the Prize is being provided “AS-IS,” and ASUS makes no warranties covering any of the Prizes furnished as part of this Giveaway Event. ASUS’ obligation to award the Prize to the Prize winner is deemed completed once the Prize has been sent to the address provided by the Prize winner.

5.Taxes. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the Prize description. It is the responsibility of Winners' to comply (at their own expense) with any applicable laws requiring payment of any tax, duty, levy or similar impost relating to the award of the Prize, and ASUS shall have no responsibility in respect thereof. 

6.This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (“Social Media”). Participant agrees to grant the foregoing Social Media a complete release regarding this Giveaway Event. You acknowledge you are providing your comments and information to ASUS and not to social media; and such information will only be used for this Giveaway Event
